Third time with a big mess up on my order at this DQ. The twice repeated “no chocolate please” must’ve gone over their head, the chocolate looks to have been nearly doubled. Going to have to just get brownie ice cream at cones from now on :/

You’d be better of scavenging in the woods for food.
Our food was cold, dry, and took 20 minutes to get.
The kids inside don’t know basic customer service, nor how to answer basic questions. (IE: what kids meals do you have).
Never… have I waited for ice cream longer than I waited for food.
The trash was full, the lobby was closed, employee shortage or not, this is not acceptable from any place of business.
When you have read this, and still decide to go… don’t be surprised when you get awful service.
If I could give this experience negative stars I would.

Was there last week and the 2 blizzards were ready almost immediately! Fastest service I ever remember. DQ prices are always high in my opinion, but love the frozen treats.

This place has a great staff.very clean and a pleasant atmosphere. My group and I loved the peanut buster parfait. But we had pecans instead of the peanuts. We most definitely go back. Nice parking lot. And outdoor seating. We highly recommend this place

I have never been treated so rudely by a place that is suppose to put a smile on your face! I called over the weekend to order a birthday cake for later next week. I was interrupted after my first 5 words and was told I can NOT order any cakes for this weekend and that they have over 100 cakes in the freezer and he will deal with it when I come in. I tried again to say I didn’t want it for this weekend but was again interrupted and talked over. I never even got to say one full sentence. What terrible customer service and after reading some of the reviews it is no wonder the orders are incorrect, no one listens to the customer. I will be headed to Pequot Lakes Dairy Queen to make our special day memorable!!

Wow. the onion rings were good the Burger and bun were dry as dust.I did however receive my onion rings and dry Burger very quickly.
(The owner actually reached out to me and rectified the situation very quickly. Which I very much appreciated. The onion ring misunderstanding was definitely my fault.)

Went there on Tuesday the 29th for lunch. My 2 grandchildren finally made up there minds. The staff was very patient and nice! Very prompt with the order! Delivered to the table with a smile. When I brought my tray back in. The young man thanked me for stopping. Food was hot and quick. With service with a smile..all this for under $25.00. Yea DQ!
