Staff were very pleasant and helpful. My cheeseburger was tasteless. By the looks of the wrinkled bun and the lukewarm temp, it Had sat a while . Other DQ locations we have been to had much better food.

Dairy Queen really has great consistency with their food. Their burgers and fries are fantastic. But, they truly have THE best cheese curds! Period! You would think Culver’s would have the best cheese curds but they do not. Also, the chicken finger basket with the country gravy is quite good.

Travelers should avoid this DQ location! We were traveling through this town and stopped for a quick meal after a very long day.The drive through line was short with only two cars before us…however we still waited over 20 minutes for just one meal. Delays happen, I understand that, but the reason for my negative review is due to how we were treated by staff. Once our presence at the drive through window was finally acknowledged, we were told it would be an even longer delay and the staff member literally rolled her eyes at us and then slammed the service window shut. I am not using her name in my review due to the likelihood she is a minor but I will be calling the store and reporting the experience. This young person needs to learn professionalism and respect or leave the customer service industry entirely. Acknowledging the delay and offering a sincere apology for inconveniences goes a long way to ease frustration of customers and to preserve the reputation of the business this employee represents.

Dont usually eat here their burgers and chicken are mediocre at best but I will say they still carry the some of the best milkshakes I have tried and their ice cream is always delicious
