I recently visited the dairy, and I had a wonderful experience overall. The staff were extremely friendly, polite, and welcoming, which made the visit even more enjoyable. The food and service were both excellent — everything was fresh, well-prepared, and served promptly with great care. The atmosphere was very pleasant, clean, and comfortable, creating a relaxing environment to enjoy the experience. You can really tell that quality and customer satisfaction are a priority here. I was truly impressed and satisfied with my visit, and I would definitely recommend this place to others. I look forward to visiting again.

Went thru the drive thru and the attitude of the worker was terrible. We ordered twist cones and at the window they handed the cones out upside down in cups. Apparently their vanilla ice cream was “too soft”. Ended up asking to have plain chocolate instead. Their chocolate ice cream does not taste very good. Would not recommend stopping here at all.

If I could give zero stars and still leave a review, I would most definitely choose that option. Ordered through the app for pickup on 3/22 at 12:55, I chose for my order to be picked up at 1:15. I arrived at DQ at 1:08 and went inside. At this point they hadn’t even started my order and the drive thru was backed up 7 vehicles deep and they too were sitting and waiting and waiting. I let them know I was there for a pickup order. There were 4 workers that were “working” but sluggishly and it was straight chaos and no one knew what orders to make or fullfill. I was told when the order pops up on their screen the 5 minute timer starts for them to get a mobile order filled. I proceeded to stand there until 1:23 as I kept getting overlooked and ignored that I was still there. I let them know I was still waiting for my food, the guy handling the drive thru yelled back saying the mobile order was still waiting for her food (5 double cheese burgers and 4 regular fries). The “cook” responded with “we aren’t supposed to start those orders until the customer arrives”. (I had already been standing there for 15 minutes at this point). Finally got my food at 1:33. During this whole time I was in there waiting there were 2 chicken strip meals sitting in the warmer the whole time, that’s 25 mins of not fresh food at this point and some body at some point ended up with them. What a joke this place is! If you plan on wanting to wait for 30+ minutes for “FAST FOOD”, by all means go here if you want to be very disappointed. If you want a real meal and not wait that long, go somewhere else and actually get good respect and service! What a shame for this small town. ***This is my 2nd review on this location and all the bad reviews they have and they still seem to not change how they run the business. Bummer!

The food was great mostly. Burgers were tasty, and the price was good. The blizzards were also amazingly delicious. The food was great other than the very depressing amount of fries I got with my combo. Why would you do this to someone?

My burger that was suppose to have NO cheese NO pickles NO tomato, had all 3 of those. My BBQ strips were plain strips had only 4 strips and I was suppose to have a second 6 piece not a 3 piece which actually had 4 pieces in it!!! Also waited 40 minutes with only 3 cars in front of me.

Never enough workers. Most orders even through drivethru the wait will be at least 30 minutes. Use of cell phone will handling food. Managers walks in and takes food from slots with out ordering. Meaning they take the food some else ordered. Long wait just to order because not enough employees to be at a set station. One person will be taking drive thru orders, inside orders, bagging and handing out. Most days just one person making food. Not worth the wait time and bad food.

I haven’t ate in 10 days. My kids at home are starving. I needed food for them and they just deny me of service at 8:22 PM. This is absolute ridiculous. I’m only 100 4’4. I struggle with anorexia and I have severe depression. This may be my 13th reason. Before you start a business, please think about what other people are going through. That’s all I have to say just know you could make someone’s day better but you decided not to.
