It used to be my favorite but tonight I got frustrated. My order was for here but I got a to-go box as if they wanted me to leave. The ranch was very watery that I threw them away. Yuck! Even a staff herself complained about it. Then being the last one around (at 8:00 PM!) I got served with a steady stream of gossip and laughter among the loud, profane, “expressive” staff. Not all, but some of them! Disgusting food and behavior tonight.

What an absolute waste of money! I went there to get a blizzard and I watched the person making my blizzard take the top half of my blizzard and level off the cup into the garbage in full view before handing it to me! Probably the last time I will be getting ice cream from this Dairy Queen.

Only gave 1 star because I have to. Extremely slow getting food, workers seemed confused constantly wandering with orders, didn’t give us our correct order the first time. Ordered a kids cone and it was never made, then the workers looked offended because I said to cancel it we can’t wait all day.

I understand it being hot out and ice cream melts but you should not receive your ice cream already half melted. My husbands peanut butter parfait was dripping all over our vehicle as soon as the gal handed it to him. When he asked for napkins we received two. That was not enough. Lucky I had a jug of water in the vehicle. My blizzard was half melted and I drank most of it like a drink. The pup cups seemed to be fine though.

Just YUCK. The remodel is awful. Not sure when it was redone, but fire the person who came up with that plan! The seating area is 1/2 the size as I remember as a kid and young adult growing up in Marshall. Plus, the dining area stunk faintly of sewage – definitely need to get your plumbing addressed. Used the male bathroom and it was way worse (smell-wise). Probably the only DQ I wouldn’t re-visit. Can I give atmosphere a zero star? Ice cream was fine – as expected. And the 10+ guys that were in the seating area before we arrived were super kind – offered up their table for our group so I am super appreciative that Minnesota-Nice is still a thing!

I would have rated it 4☆s, but the single person bathroom (they have two of these) was out of toilet paper when I tried to use it. Luckily, I always check for that first. The staff were nice.

Considering how many people working there should have been a bit cleaner. Food was okay, but not very hot which tells me burgers were made too far in advance and sitting. Saw them mess up multiple orders while waiting for food.
