I had put in a mobile order to pick up. I was not given a choice to select Mr. Pibb on the app so in person I asked if I could have Mr. Pibb. One of the people yelled at me told me that I need to start doing it on the app and that next time that’s how it’s gonna have to be. I then told her, hey look it’s not on the app and I never got an apology. I thought that was really disgusting and distasteful and I do not think that anyone should be treated with disrespect like that.

Most lousy and unappetizing Dairy Queen I’ve ever visited. They had poor customer service. The young lady at the window was rude. And all of the food was cold. They serve you cold, broken chunks of chicken covered in grease.

This location of DQ is one of the best franchises that I have had the pleasure of visiting. The staff are always friendly, courteous, and make my order correct and in a timely manner; regardless of whether they are slow or busy.

Service was great but food was subpar. It did come out hot but I’m pretty sure it wasn’t cooked long enough as the fries were mushy and not appetizing. Also didn’t have water at the soda station, so I wasted money on a cup for nothing.

It’s fast food. They don’t set prices I realize but the blizzards are overpriced at every location. Have had good food Everytime except for the 5 dollar lunch I can count the fries usually around 15 in there. Oh well it’s fast and they have good burgers

We purchased three Buster Bars with great anticipation on our way through Dawson. Sadly, they were the worst Buster Bars we ever got from any Dairy Queen. The ice cream was very gritty the bars looked liked they had thawed and refrozen at some point. Never again at the Dawson Dairy Bar. ☹️
