I got a chicken strip basket and got food poisoning & ended up making a trip to the doctor. I told my bf that everything tasted a little funny and almost immediately, my symptoms began. Also the service – not great and never has been. Will never return.

Went through the drive through and from order to getting our order (2 small cones) it took almost 20 minutes. The staff was incredibly friendly and they did apologize for the wait time so that was nice but, if you go, expect a wait.

Got 2 blizzards very good! Got a hamburger and fries not so good… hamburger had way too much mustard like it was half a bottle. The fries.. way to much salt every other bite you have to drink water from the salt. So gross

I came through the drive-through and this guy asked me five different times what flavor of ice cream and then five different times Minnesota and what flavors like five different times in total and then I come inside and he he looks all high and then I try ordering and they keep asking me same questions and then I don’t get pickles on my burger and they don’t make me ice cream

I wouldn’t recommend this dq to anyone. The kid behind the counter didn’t listen to my order. A person couldn’t hear him when he spoke. As I watch him I saw several other customers very disappointed. He tried to charge me for my daughter’s free kids cone from her kids meal, then he said the sprinkles were another dollar! He already charged me for that after we left I realized that and had told him to just leave them off . My daughter had a cold burger hardly any fries in her fry container. He never even rang up my order and I didn’t realize that until my daughter got her order. I looked at the receipt and noticed he didn’t listen and never rang my food up and the blizzard I ordered was only about 3/4 the way full but yet I was charged 6 fricken dollars. I will never stop at this dq again. I will tell everyone I know about the poor Ness of the service. I chose not to correct them because I was disgusted with the place. Can’t even give them a 1 out of 10 for simple fact of seeing several other customers frown or have disappointed looks on their faces from the service or orders screwed up or the wait for the food.

If you’re willing to wait 20-30 minutes for “fast food,” this place is adequate. The food isn’t phenomenal by any means, but it’s also not bad. The service is beyond slow. The employees talk way too quietly to the point where the drive-through speaker doesn’t even pick it up. If you’re working and go out for lunch, do NOT come here unless you plan on being late to get back to work.

Was just there a 10 minutes ago tried ordering only to be told that they don’t have enough burgers for a double combo I worked at this dq in high school and we always were told no matter how close to closing it was we always had to put food down fresh even if charbroiler or ice cream blenders or chicken strip station was already clean

Ordered on the app and picked up in the drive thru. Fella at the window was unpleasant, didn’t speak at all except to ask if I had the mobile order. Waited at least long enough for fresh fries to be made but instead got an incredibly hot burger and the nastiest fries.

Then they decided i ordered some thing else! I had to tell them my order.
Thats right. It took so long, they deleted the order fron there screen to get the minutes per customer down to make it look like they are giving fast service to the owner on the shift reports.
I asked for a refund.

The manager , while I was waiting was outside with her head set on with her kids.

It’s food. But the few people on the shift can’t trust food safety they can’t even get a blizzard out quickly or to the correct customer.
