You have to be kidding with these prices. 6 pre-made silly bars. $16….. in shakopee the same order Is $10. Not a chance it’s worth patronizing this Minnesota based company anymore. Just NO from me.

Ordered medium peanut buttercup blizzard. Got what looked like a small cup of melted soft serve with couple chunks of peanut buttercup. Worst icecream experience in all my years. Culvers and cold stone just do ice cream far better. Would have rather hit grocery store for a freezer section pint. That will be my last dairy queen visit.

Ice cream is great, but there was hair in my cheeseburger. Also, the last few times I had to wait 3-5 minutes after my pick up time. I understand ice cream melts, but the hot food should be ready by pick up time.

The food is always consistent. However, it came to my attention that I was being charged an extra large drink and fry on all my previous meals. As I went to order this time I corrected the price with the manager and expressed they had been overcharging me every time. The manager just closed the window on me with nothing to say in return. No apology or trying to make things right with a customer.. nice

Our family of 3 stopped and ate there last night for dinner. The food was good, no issues whatsoever. I would like to say that I was very impressed with the customer service. There was a new gentleman getting trained in on the cash register and the manager on duty was excellent. She was very patient with him and was also very upbeat and enthusiastic towards us customers. Our food was also brought out to us which they didn’t need to do. I took the time to write this review because this day in age, very few people take the time to write nice things about nice people and establishments and one only hears the negative. It didn’t go unnoticed – keep up the good work. BTW your flamethrower sauce is pretty awesome.
