We’ve been regular customers of this DQ for a while now, mostly thanks to my kids’ love for Blizzards.
• App / Drive-Thru / Parking: I mainly walk in, but I’ve used their app and the drive-thru as well; all options work fairly well. There is plenty of parking on the far side of the building, just past the drive-thru lane.
• Speed: It’s busy like most DQs, but they are consistently quick. I’ve never felt like I was waiting endlessly for an order.
• Food: Great Blizzards! Happy kids make for a happy parent. I’ve tried their burgers and cheese curds too – Good stuff.
• Customer Service: Excellent! The staff is professional, courteous, and always pleasant.
I will definitely continue bribing my kids with their Blizzards.

We recently came in on Saturday or Sunday, and we had a very polite lady who reassured us on our food! She seemed quite short staffed, and handled everything perfectly! My daughter loved her eyeliner. My little ones just finished the blizzards we had kept in the freezer. My old dairy queen never blended anything fully; but she sure did! Not only did she clean the tables before we sat down, she was also zooming through kitchen and making ice cream. 10/10 experience, wish I remembered her name.

Incredible experience at this location; the ladies on shift during our visit were top notch! They took care to make sure our order was correct and fresh. Our baby was so fascinated with watching the life behind the counter and we loved how the team interacted with her. 10/10 we will be stopping by again, and recommending it to others!

I went in with my Fiancé today to get some food. Whoever ran that drive thru the utter disrespect. We went to open our food the first time and they forgot a 2nd order of gravy which we paid for and as soon as we looked at are chicken tenders and the rest of our meals it was so cold the gravy looked like custard ice cream it was so cold, French fries were hard as a rock like they were refried. We called them when we got home and the lady shift leader Nnekia was rude as can be. I ended going back snatched me and my fiancés food out of his hand and threw it in the garbage and continued to be rude when all he said was “I’m the person that just called about my order” and just disrespectfully and bluntly yelled at him and said “I know” I understand when stores are busy and it gets stressful but your customers are the ones that keep your business running. I understand having bad days but you simply can take a step back and just relax don’t treat your customers like garbage otherwise you won’t have any. I called back again to get the district manager/store managers number she only gave me the last 7 digits I had to ask for an area code. I was very kind to Nnekia on the phone and said can I have the 1st 3 and she was just disrespectful sighed then continued to give me there number. The general manager Tera came in on her day off and gave us a refund Tera was the sweetest she gave her best to us and had the greatest respect she was such an angel she even offered to remake our food herself. Her customer service was excellent just showed her loyalty came in on her day off/birthday and gave her best we give her a 10/10 for excellence. But as for Nnekia, I have to give her a 2/10 just for the simply fact of rude customer service and maltreatment to her customers. I would understand just a I need sometime to relax myself response instead of just attacking a customer with choice of actions and words horrible. For food service I’ll have to give her a 1/10 even though they remade it and it still was just gross fires were cold if you didn’t want to fix the problem don’t attempt that’s it. Highly upset with the night manager. Never will I go back past 5pm again!!!

This one is a disaster. I drive to a dq further away just to avoid this one.
I did mobile orders twice. Put in an hour early with a pick up time. Ended up still waiting approx 15min the first time, and almost 30minutes the 2nd time. And the order was missing stuff. Run!

Food is buns. Took 1 and a half hours to get food. Food cold and soggy. Sticky floors and pee all over the bathroom. Tables unsanitized. Service was slow. Garbages full. Used bare hands to handle food and ice-cream. Garbage on the counter. Numbers left on tables. Drive thru takes 2 hours and cars are lined up in the street to order. Minimal parking.

Went here to order 3 blizzards and two of the three blizzards were made wrong. So we called and the manager was extremely rude. Never apologize once for their mistake or for her being rude.
I will be trying to get in contact with the owner about the manager and how she is treating people. My family and I will never go here again, and this will be shared.
Worse experience ever
Update years later:
Everything cooked is burnt, overcooked. I ordered a honey bbq 6 piece chick strip basket. Did not get that. I got bbq packets instead. They also gave me root beer instead of the dr. Pepper i ordered.
When will things ever change here?! People stop going here. I learned the hard way yet again. Worst food experience I’ve ever had

Took a large group here (30 people) and to keep things simple for staff and ourselves, limited the menu choices to the $7 deal, so everyone got either cheeseburger or chicken strips and fries, fountain soda cup and single topping sundae or small blizzard.
Of our group about 5 people upgraded to the blizzard.
It took over an hour to get our food.
The order taker was great and had the best attitude and ability to handle the situation. There were a couple flustered young men trying their best to fill our order as well as others.
Then there was a frazzled, rude young woman acting as manager or shift lead or something. She screamed at and belittled the other staff constantly. She kept redirecting the young men, confusing their tasks and calling out the same orders repeatedly so they made wrong food, then berated them that they were wrong and not fast enough. The young lady who took our order had a fine handle on the ice cream, until this supervisor interrupted to “help” and messed up the order herself. I am amazed the whole lot of them didn’t walk out. No one deserves to be treated like that. I heard her tell one tall fellow with glasses that “so-and-so would be even meaner, you know she would.”
I assume it is Dairy Queen policy that workers either wear gloves or use utensils when handling ready to eat food… this woman used her bare hands to put chicken strips and fries into our boxes, after touching multiple other items including the icecream machine, toppings, register, earpiece/headset and who knows what else, and definitely not washing her hands in between.
At one point she even yelled at customers.
She is not leadership material, and not someone I would want handling my business or food. (July 25, 2025, 6 PM)

Ordered a double cheeseburger got. Cold single that cheese wasn’t elated along with that a 4 piece sauce and tossed chicken strip and only got 3. Then my kids meal had 2 everything was cold and took 20 minutes to get that order. All 4 times I’ve been here they’ve messed up even a simple blizzard.
