I ended up purchasing a chocolate brownie ice cream cake from Dairy Queen. When we cut into it there was barely any fudge or chocolate cookie crumbles in the middle of the chocolate ice cream layers. You could not see that layer at all. I had my whole family ask where the fudge and cookie center was. I paid $46.00 for just chocolate ice cream. What a disappointment!!! What a waste of money!!! If your cakes are that expensive, you better start making them with what is said on the side of the cake container and not go chintzy.

on a somewhat regular basis you can sit in line here at the drive-thru place your order and still sit here for over 10 minutes closer to 15 minutes vehicles ahead of you and your food however simple will still not be ready when you get up there, this drive-thru takes much longer than it should,
just got my food, I ordered a specific combo, a burger and fries, I said the number of the combo I wanted

I ordered a four piece chicken strip basket through the drive-thru and was disappointed. Presentation was awful. I received 4 chicken strips that were small enough to be considered chicken nuggets. The toast in my basket was the but end of the loaf and was so soft it’s hard to believe it was toasted. The fries were soggy. Do not recommend this location.

Ordered on the app and it stated it would be ready at 6:29…Walked inside to pick up only to see they hadn’t even started to prep it. Waited at least 4 minutes at the counter before even being acknowledged (same with the customer after me). Paid extra for a large fry in my sons chicken basket and when I asked about it the employee simply stated usually the cooks are pretty good about, but I didn’t see it so I don’t know. We live near here and every time I think we should try going again, we leave disappointed at the customer service and wait times.

Just came into DLH and heading to our hotel. We were very hungry and figured at that time of night our options were limited. Rolled in 5 minutes before closing, they cheerfully took our order and brought it out for us. Great food and great price. Highly recommended!!

Food was great. Service was terrible. The staff (2 younger girls) were very rude. Came in after my sons baseball game with his grandparents and sister. Lobby was open and we ordered inside. Waited for our food at a table. Staff delivered our food in to go bags and said our lobby is closed now. After literally tossing our bags on the table. We thought it was a joke. Even asked if we could sit and eat quick while they finish up. No we had to leave. My son got a kids chicken strip kids meal the ketchup was thrown in the bag with no lid so it was a mess! I asked what about the kids treat after the meal they said you can go through the drive through. So you’re going to kick us out with small children make us eat in the car then go through the drive In for the rest of our food? It was very disappointing. Even other quests were in shock saying did they really just kick you out? If you won’t let people dine in after ordering inside lock the doors at 8:30 not 8:45 after we had already ordered thinking we could eat in with our family. The staff needs a lesson in manners and how you treat your guests.

7/22/24, Tried again, same result, hardly any fries, barely any cookie dough in my blizzard when it was ordered with extra. Absolutely convinced at this point management is instructing staff to skimp on toppings for take out orders, or skimp all together. Ordering from either other local DQ gets me what I paid for but not this one.
(previous visit) Took the kids for a treat and supper, hot food was ok but fry portions were extremely meager. Ordered 3 blizzards and a sundae, my order was and I was charged for, medium with extra cookie dough. Left and took the ice cream to go. When I got home and ate my blizzard I looked and noticed it was still 98% vanilla ice cream colored despite it supposing to be a mixed blizzard. Counted exactly 9 pieces of cookie dough for a medium blizzard, and I paid for extra. I’d definitely have just ordered a vanilla ice cream and saved my extra 4$+ if I knew this is what is receive for my money. Especially for the price of a blizzard these days.

I visit this DQ often and for the most part all goes well. Tonight’s visit was much different, the bathrooms where filthy and there where dirty feminine products in the open. The smell was over whelming. The blizzards where just as bad. There was chocolate in my cheese cake bzrd, no banana in the banana split bzrd, and no chocolate chip chunks in the choc chip cookie dough bzrd. Very disappointing…
