Went to dairy queen after a basketball game and BOTH of the chicken strip baskets we got were still frozen. There was no line, no one ahead of us, no rush. DQ is expensive. So the last thing we wanted to pay for was inedible food.

Honestly just confused about their set-up. There were 3 cars ahead of us and we ordered in the drive through and someone came and took our card for payment, no problem, we figured it would be quick at the window then. She comes back with our card and the two sundays…but we still are 3 cars deep and need to wait for our chicken strip box. The ice cream was melted by the time we got the chicken strips. Then we were even more disappointed when we open the chicken strip box. Barely any fries and the bread looked gross. I guess we won’t be returning. The wait was ridiculous.

My past review noted long wait times for food and being stuck in the drive through for 10-20 minutes at times. Things are a lot better now so updating my review to reflect that. Also I’d like to note the staff are very polite.

US Federal Inspector & Maintnenance Management
Food is good. But always say they are so busy even when hardly any customers are there. Can never take two orders even if it’s the same car of people. Only restaurant I know of that can take two separate orders. Is especially just being a couple ice cream orders.

I see a lot of negative reviews but dont know if they’ve turned it around or what as I had a fine experience. This location does have indoor seating and full grill menu, food was good. Recommended based on my experience with this one time visit
