My boyfriend and I stopped at this location before going to work. There is no cars in the lot, but for two. Im assuming employee cars. Our ice cream came to us rather quickly. My boyfriends Mocha Malatta without the whipped cream and chocolate syrup. When i showed the employee a photo of it he said “i didnt think you wanted all that” i looked at him and responded “if i didnt want all that i would have informed you myself” Our food… 15 minutes… waiting in the drive through. Finally we get our food and park in the lot. My boyfriend takes his cheeseburger and bites into it. Instead of a freshly hot, mouth watering bite that were used to he gets a cold hard bite. Our cheese curdes were cheese-less… they were hollow… seriously! I went in and discussed this and got my order replaced.

Ordered on uber eats… 1. The wrapper for the seal they use on the bag and missing items. 2. Opened the box and the sauce I got was outdated by two months. On top of that it looks like someone ate parts of the chicken I got. The missing item 100% could have been uber eats but the rest is on DQ.

I ordered something today and was absolutely not satisfied. The order was absolutely ridiculous and disgusting the tenders are a blackish brown, highly overcooked possibly health hazard risk? The fries are extremely overcooked and the bread could possibly contain mold, the soda has no flavor at all and no carbonation. 0/10 for being a customer that loves Dairy Queen

Don’t order to them through Door Dash. They gave our food to the wrong person because they didn’t verify the person was actually with Door Dash or with our order. We had to wait an extra 30 minutes because they screwed up. My Door Dash driver called me about the situation and they were unhelpful in saving the problem. They said they will make our order but it will be 20 minutes before they can get it out. Not friendly to the customer when they screw up.
Update: once I got the food it was ice cold and attached a picture of the amount of chicken they put on the sandwich.

Ordered the double bacon ranch burger and it’s good. I was nicely surprised that it had two onion rings on it with the white cheddar, BBQ sauce and ranch dressing.
Got the pumpkin pie blizzard and ate that before the burger. It could have more pumpkin flavor but still good for fall.

They don’t respect DoorDash drivers. Treating people differently? The AUDACITY? You need new employees. I didn’t even bother to pick up the order. I canceled it ASAP. Most absolute trash service, don’t order from here and don’t go here. Save yourself your money and trouble. ‼️

Horrible!! The restaurant was dirty, really dirty. I was there to get a birthday cake and 7 large blizzards. I chose the cake and got in the line, where I stood for 15 mins! No one was helped. The employees were all over the place, looked busy but not actually accomplishing anything. I don’t mean to sound harsh but it was so chaotic and everything from the door into the restaurant, every surface in the restaurant and the door to exit were sticky and for lack of a better word “icky”. They need more employees during the busy times!!

A kind policeman gave my 4 kids a coupon for a free ice cream cone for wearing their helmets while riding a bike. We went down the road here and were told they don’t accept them…how do I know which DQ does? The fine print doesn’t state anything specific…
