Drove from Hutchinson to Glencoe for a pickup for DoorDash. When I got there the manger said they don’t start orders because it takes dashers to long to get there. I said unfortunately if the foods not ready and we are late it affects our rating. She said “not my problem “ honestly if that is your attitude toward people trying to make money as well. You probably should not be a manger. Never been so disrespected!

Ordered a chicken sandwich with the works and got a half an onion and drenched in mustard, mayo, and ketchup with a crushed bun. I’m not even comfortable eating it. If you’re that irritated by an order to do this then what’s to stop you from spitting in it or doing something to it. Like bro if you hate your job that much. Quit.

When I walked in, the restauarant was a mess. There was toppings and syrups all over the place and only one girl was in the front of the restaurant helping about 10 people. It took 5 minutes just to order and all I got was a shake but there were multiple people in there so I understood. However, the lady was extremely rude and barely said anything to me. She didn’t even tell me my total. As she was making my shake, she made 3 other treats. One of which was a cookie dough blizzard. As she was finishing my shake, she dropped it and then gave it to me anyway. Along with my shake being dropped, it wasn’t mixed whatsoever as you can tell by the photo. When I started drinking it in my car, there were chunks of something in it because my straw kept getting clogged. She not only dropped my shake and she didn’t mix it properly, but there are cookie dough chunks in it as well, presumably from making multiple different treats at the same time. I would not recommend this dairy queen location to anyone after the experience today.

I’m typically not one to write reviews unless I love service provided. I wish this was the case for this Dairy Queen.
My family has frequented this DQ since we moved to the area over a year ago. I am sad to say that these photos tell a story of nearly every encounter I’ve had at this restaurant. The food is fine, don’t get me wrong. However out of the tens of times I’ve been here, my order has been correct no more than twice. Today I received my food and upon arriving home realized that my upcharged triple burger only had two patties, my upcharged large fry was not present, only two regular fries.
On the topic of fries, it’s incredibly frustrating when every other location I’ve ever visited in my entire lifetime will completely fill the fry container, here it’s commonplace that your fry box is 1/2 to 2/3rds full max on most days. That large fry becomes a regular and the regular becomes a small fry. This is a consistent issue I’ve hard. It’s embarrassing to go back to the worker and ask them to fill up the fries more because I personally think a meal should include more than 8 fries.
Half of the time it’s not worth the effort to get these errors fixed, I live 5 minutes away and by the time I check the food at home it will be cold no longer fresh in the time it takes me to go back, get my correct items and go back home. I’ve never once been offered fresh food to rectify this, only an extra handful of fries dumped on top of the cold ones and I’m sent on my way.
I’m an easy person to please. I work hard for my money and when I pay for dinner after a 12 hours shift I expect to get everything I paid for. Or I expect the issue is rectified when I politely ask that I get my correct items. I understand mistakes happen but this has been too consistent for too long.
I don’t plan on returning to this DQ for the foreseeable future.

The food was good. The young man that took our order touched the inside of both of our drink cups. Seriously, he grabbed the cups out of a stack with his fingers on the inside and his thumb on the rim. We ate our meal and although I tried to not think about it, after taking one sip of my drink decided not to risk getting sick. I tossed it in their trash and left.
It’s sad that anyone would have to be told not to touch the inside of a cup. Common sense isn’t so common after all.

If you are in glencoe, dont even waste your time. Absolutely worst DQ I have EVER been too. Product was below par, staff seem to be a bunch of kids with summer jobs. Someone needs to manage this place better. My wife ran DQ’s for years. This is the worst i have experienced.

Staff is usually nice and polite, but half the staff needs to dress better and wear clean clothes. I don’t want to receive food from someone who looks like they haven’t showered, nor washed their clothes for a week.
