Went in with free sundae vouchers in the evening from prior lunches and was harassed by “Ruby” for trying to use them. Eventually she made the sundaes but she made sure to tell me to never to return to that store again when I was on my way out the door. I own a business just down the street, we will get lunch from time to time but from now on I will drive across town. Day crew is totally different than the youth working in the evening. Absolute horrible customer service that night!

We went out of town over the weekend and on our way out saw this DQ, which a grill and chill is my favorite especially since they’ve closed all the ones near me. I just had to stop and seriously SO HAPPY WE DID! The customer service was spectacular. Those young men working were so friendly and speedy. The food was fresh and hot! They were so nice I had to come back on the way into town after our trip. Those men weren’t there that day but another man was working and he was also so lovely and again the food was fresh and hot!! The customer service I received both times on both of my big orders was amazing and those 3 men and chefs are not getting paid enough!! What an awesome crew. I know it’s not easy working in fast food but these gentlemen had great attitudes and smiles of their faces the whole time!!
