I ordered here after a terrible quality experience with Lakeville and am SO impressed! Cake looks exactly like the photo and the store was well staffed and had excellent customer service. Definitely worth driving a bit farther to this location!

We always go this DQ and it’s always been pleasant, but tonight we went and ordered as usual. After we were done ordering and said thank you the lady almost mocked us in a weird tone saying it back. I don’t know if she thought the mic was off and it was odd but then as we went to the window the lady could barely contain herself laughing with her coworkers as they were trying to give us the order, and they just kept staring at us and laughing and talking while the window was closed. It was honestly really rude and threw us off. I decided to call and spoke with the closing manager and it really didn’t seem like she cared at all I believe she could’ve been a part of it too considering it was later in the night. I get its a bunch of teens working and they’re having a good time, but not by making fun of your customers.

NEVER ORDER A CAKE FROM THIS LOCATION!
I am also complaining to corporate.
They messed up my order by doing the wrong writing color. They fixed it, but very sloppy. I also got $5 cash back like that made any difference. No, not really.
This cake was a surprise for my sister, so it was a big deal to me.
Another customer’s cake was messed up. He didn’t have time to have it fixed, so he left. Once he left and while my cake for my sister was being fixed….the manager and two employees were joking and talking bad about him. They probably talked bad about me too once I left. I HAD THE RIGHT TO BE UPSET.
I am glad that I got pictures. One is one my cake with the wrong color writing. One is one of the cake they fixed sloppily. The last is a screenshot of my order.
We also got three cones. They weren’t even filled all the way.
I am also including a picture of the receipt. My Mom is the one who actually paid for the cake and cones.
The fact the cake decorator can’t pay attention to detail with messing up cake orders and how the manager and employees treat customers is ridiculous.
This was on 5/17/25 around 12:45-1.

I got this cake for my galentines and completely forgot to do a review but here it is. This place is clean, professional and friendly, they checked up on my twice to make sure I was being helped (I was) but let me tell you when I think of Dairy Queen cakes I think “same old simple cakes like last time” yes they’re tasty but I’ve never seen unique designs. Well this year I noticed they had heart cakes and since Valentine’s Day was coming up I figured why not try to ask for a custom cake. The cake decorator/maker did such an amazing job, she takes down a lot of notes to make sure she gets every detail correct. I was so happy to take this out of the fridge and show it to my girls, they all thought it was the cutest cake ever! Strawberry cheesecake was 10/10 and I’ll be ordering all and any future cakes here for any events or celebrations I have!

I’m a chef and I really don’t like leaving bad reviews, but today I felt inclined. Food is more expensive than it once was, obviously, and wages are higher and I know the strains put on independent operations.
I just came here to post these photos; $11+ for a 4 piece tender basket, tiny amount of soggy fries, no dipping sauce (asked if I wanted additional; I assumed sauced tenders would come with ranch or blue cheese), and some toast that was seemly just sprayed with canola oil. Bummer cuz I always liked DQ, but this is not what people expect to be getting as a chicken tender when a 3lb bag of large tenders is $11 at Costco. Thing was barely bigger than the width of my straw. This was an adult basket, not a kid’s meal. Pretty crazy.

Popped in for e lunch today. Service was terrific but the food left something to be happy with. What are the double cheeseburger was not just ok. Bun was cold like it had just come out of a refrigerator. Cheese was not melted at all. The hamburger itself was barely warm. The fries were great, and we upgraded to the Blizzard and that was wonderful as always. Otherwise can’t say a whole lot about it. Blizzards went home to eat later.

Update 9/23/23 – stopped by for a brownie blizzard today and was impressed with the improvement in service and consistency. Thank you for taking our feedback into consideration. Looking forward to returning!
My blizzard was already melted when I received it in the drive thru! Not friendly service either. Disappointing because the cake batter flavor is just perfect.

I stopped for lunch and went in because I have had issues trying to get my food without ketchup. I ordered two cheeseburgers and asked for no ketchup however, I do want mustard. The cashier noted EXTRA mustard, there was so much on it it was not edible. I was told it was a communication error, I believe this is a training issue, the employees just do not pay attention.
