I’ve been going here for years and love this place. They treated me really well tonight so I wanted to leave a good review. Dude was cool tonight and my flamethrower was dank.
This place is spacious and has plenty of tables. Tables outside for summer eating, but the view isnt very scenic unless you want to admire 95 or the Taco Bell parking lot

The amount of food that we received for the price we pay is absurd. We ordered 2 chicken strip baskets, both of which came with maybe 10 French fries and the chicken “strips” look more like nuggets.

There’s a BIG SPOON OUTSIDE you can take your picture with! It’s super fun! Chan restaurant, we stopped here, while on the way home to the Twin Cities, from Michigan. Really nice employees! I’m giving one star because half a star is not an option. Went through the drive through and specifically asked for no cheese on a burger and they confirmed it. We got our food after 20 minutes of waiting and checked the burger. There was cheese. We went in and were very polite and asked for the burger to be remade and the lady was so sweet at the counter. There was a very disrespectful boy in the back that was rude and kept giving us dirty looks and yelling at the girl who asked for it to be remade. I felt very bad for her and I hope she knows we appreciate her help. However that boy was rude when we asked for a simple change to accommodate an allergy. There was also no fries or drink with the meal even though we paid for it.

We stopped in to get ice cream, the guy who took our order was the only helpful person in the place. When we went to sit down every table was dirty and I asked several worker to wash one. There were only a couple of other customers there, but none of the workers asked bothered to return and wash any of the tables. Finally the guy taking the orders came out and washed a couple then returned to the cash register while many other workers just laughed and goofed off with each other in front of the customers. Place was filthy! We have noticed a serious decline in the quality of service here in the past 6 months or so.

The food was good. Well, what was right was good. Ordered a chicken strip basket with gravy, proceeded to drive away, and all the way home to figure out I received no gravy at all, but 4 ranches in my basket. Go back to the store to be told that they didnt have any gravy but didnt tell me that and swapped it for ranch 25 minutes before close hoping I’d just let the ignorance and lack of communication skills slide. I know staffing is hard to get, but when your staff doesn’t treat customers with honesty and integrity, you don’t get my business.

The teenage girl working the counter was mean and rude. I asked for a item that I still thought was on the menu(it was not).and she started laughing at me. When I was eating my food.she was making fun of me to the rest of the workers,and telling them stuff i never said.you aren’t going to get far in life if you keeping acting childish

When my friend and I were at DQ tonight we were treated very poorly. The worker gave us an ice cream cone that was bent over and almost out of the cone plus the wrong size. My friend asked her to please make a new one. And the worker rudely said I didn’t make it. My friend said please make a new one. She did and the ice cream fell out. The worker snapped at my friend when it fell out. Then she in a rude manner leaned over the counter and waved at me rudely saying good bye.
