There’s a BIG SPOON OUTSIDE you can take your picture with! It’s super fun! Chan restaurant, we stopped here, while on the way home to the Twin Cities, from Michigan. Really nice employees! The food was good. Well, what was right was good. Ordered a chicken strip basket with gravy, proceeded to drive away, and all the way home to figure out I received no gravy at all, but 4 ranches in my basket. Go back to the store to be told that they didnt have any gravy but didnt tell me that and swapped it for ranch 25 minutes before close hoping I’d just let the ignorance and lack of communication skills slide. I know staffing is hard to get, but when your staff doesn’t treat customers with honesty and integrity, you don’t get my business.

We were coming back to the Twin Cities from north of Hinckley, and this was the 3rd Dairy Queen we stopped at to try and get dinner. The one in Hinckley said they were short-staffed, so no grill service was available. The one in Pine City didn’t have hamburgers on the menu. So we were a little hangry when we got to the DQ in North Branch. But hallelujah, they had burgers and not one but TWO drive-through lanes. Our order was taken right away, and there were six of us, so he was very patient with us. (We ordered strip baskets and burgers.) Then we went right to the first window to pay and picked up our waters immediately at the next window, where we were asked to pull to the waiting spot in front and told they would bring out our order shortly. We only waited about 6 minutes. And our order was all correct! (We made sure before we left, because wherever we go, something is always wrong with our order. Not here!) We were really pleased that there was a full menu at this location, quick service, and accuracy! Yay DQ!!

Worst DQ ever. Hey Tony still waiting on the coupons you promised to send after we received ice cold burgers over priced disgusting onion rings and a tap water not the bottle that was ordered. I called from the parking lot you hung up on me and I called back you told me some story of DQ having a quality issue with your single cheeseburgers and offered to send coupons for what we ordered. Surprise you have quality issues with your promises too. But no matter will never go back especially now and will make sure people know why. Low quality cold food that should have been hot. A glass of tap water that should have been a bottle of the water you sell on your menu and more that 6 old lukewarm heat lamp onion rings that were almost a buck a piece. Never ate much fast food we did this month we were in the go so much but no worries we will just plan better so we do not waste our money on horrible uncooked/left out on counter? Food from your DQ again. I appreciate the help in watching my waist line but as a 104lb woman I can manage that and would rather have had a warm burger or the coupon you promised instead of the smoke you blew up my behind. THIS DQ stands for Disgusting Quality

Well I didn’t want that double cheese and meat in the sandwich so they took it out and also they put some kind of a gravy on it and it tasted terrible and the size of the burger for $12 they didn’t deduct anything else I think dairy Queen is a crook the way they charge prices for that and that kids needs to be educated when you don’t get the other beat in the bacon and all that and it is still charge you the full price never ever go to dairy Queen again that’s flushed down the toilet
