Stopped for a quick blizzard tonight. It was pretty busy with many folks with kids after their sporting events – great family atmosphere. The blizzard was great and the only reason for 4 stars on service was they had a new employee on the register with quite a few customers and it slowed that process down. She also made a mistake on my order and I had to repeat it several times. Not a huge deal and understandable as a new employee, more of a note for managing employees during peak times. Overal an excellent experience and highly recommend it for families!

The menu picture changed my mind on what I was going to order. The white mocha shake was amazing. They seemed short staffed, but all the employees were working hard. They made amazing drinks. Prices were reasonable. They had clean counters.

This is a well run Dairy Queen!! I appreciate it so much with young kids and not having to wait in the drive thru for long. Our order is consistently correct and we’ve had nice service!

I came to pick up a dash order that wasn’t even made. Employees were avoiding to talk to me, I overheard one of them say they didn’t even know there was a DoorDash order. I tried on more than one occasion try to speak someone and ask them about an order. There was a little girl handling the drive thru with an attitude. No one was making eye contact with me despite waiting for my DoorDash order. As soon as another customer came in someone rushed to help them and I stood there wondering why can’t anyone speak to me at least. It was so awkward, felt like they were being racist and not wanna converse. I didn’t wanna be there either but I was there to pick the order for my DoorDash. The clock kept on ticking until finally I got someone to speak to me. Their attitude was snotty and irritated. Didn’t like the vibes, I would NEVER pick up an order from that location and I let DoorDash know too why I was there 10 minutes with no order picked up!!
The place was dirty too, the counter had grease and ice cream all over. Disgusting environment + employee attitude was not it.

This is just kind of a hidden gem in lakeville, mainly because it’s a little tricky to get to but regardless of that, it’s still definitely a prize destination. If you want good food, good service, friendly people and a nice dining environment. Not only that, there’s ice cream, yep, ice cream. We got there at around lunch lunchtime on a weekday and were greeted right away. Our order was taken We were able to sit down and they came and took the food out. Jill was the person that helped us shout out to jail. She really knows people she really knows customers. She took care at the time to be present. Take our order and really understand what our needs were as a family And let me tell you we had a lot of needs. We got a two-year-old and a four-year-old, so definitely she understood that, you know what guys, you might get messy. And they didn’t have a problem with that. We were able to take our kids there, and I think for sure, we’re going to take our kids there again because they’re so friendly friendly. Very family friendly. So at the end of the day, or at the middle of the day, or any time of the day, this d q is worth a stop if you’re lucky enough to get there and and see and see what i’m talking about, maybe you’ll be even more lucky and get jill, who will help you who does in a phenomenal job, but anyways, I wish you all the best.Get out there, go to that dq

They hand me Blizzards that are somehow already completely melted, dripping down the sides and spilling everywhere. Half the time, I ask for a lid to try to avoid the mess, but the lid isn’t even on all the way. I love having to wipe down my car afterward. There’s no use complaining, because the manager on duty doesn’t care.

I love Blizards. Lovvve them, Especially new flavors. Now I’m not making any more money now than I was before and I understand prices rise etc…. So I decided to treat my family to 4 small frosted sugar cookies blizzard and chicken strip basket 4pcs , for $29 dollars. Maybe could there at least be more than 3 pieces of cookie in each blizzard? Maybe something happened and it was a fluke I get it. In case it isn’t now you know.

Things are expensive, which is why I rarely go to DQ, which in my opinion has always been overpriced. But sometimes it is fun to splurge for a treat. I remember dilly bars as a huge slab of ice cream coated with a delicious coating that ended in a swoop in the center front. I paid well over 20 for 2 boxes. Excited to have one, I opened it up and my jaw dropped. It was less than half the size of the ones I remember. Like literally half the size with a thin coating. Not again will I waste my money. I would rather go without than be robbed blind.

i went inside and they were very rude, i saw an employee eating the fries, another employee was on her phone right by the front counter, and the guy who took my order was also very rude, barely acknowledged my presence and barely said two words to me. blizzard was fire tho
