My speech team stopped here tonight to get some food on the way home. The woman at the register was very friendly and welcoming. We all got our food very quickly, even when a larger speech team came in and started ordering. They were pretty overwhelmed by people and didn’t have much time to get everyone fed, as the teams had to get back on the busses in a short time frame, but they still stayed calm and weren’t short with anyone at all. Especially the woman working the register at around 6:00 tonight. I didn’t get her name, but I wish I did!

The food was fine just like any DQ. The customer service was good besides the food taking forever. We went in with a group of about 8 people and took over an hour to get food after we ordered. Very frustrating.

We stopped in to get lunch and use the bathroom as we were driving through town. We ordered then went to the restroom and discovered both of them in alarming condition. There were no paper towels or toilet paper in the dispensers, just on the floor. Both toilets were varying degrees of broken, one of them clogged and had obviously overflowed. There were floor mats on top of the counter/beverage area. Every trash was overflowing. The floor mat by front door was soaked through and the doors were dirty. We returned the food before eating it, stating that we don’t feel comfortable after seeing how dirty the store is. The first employee just said “you’ll have to talk to her,” vaguely pointed, and walked away. Then a supervisor came over a minute later, I told her the same thing and she did not seem surprised, so she must have had this conversation a few times before. She gave me a cash refund even though we paid with card, casually said “sorry about that,” and that was that.
So, I guess we *did* get to use the bathroom and we got our money back but it was overall a very disappointing experience.

They forgot to give me my ice cream. Luke warm fries, as well as very few with either of my orders and my chicken nuggets were hard and had chunks of fat in them. The Dr.Pepper tasted off, like the syrup needed to be changed. Terrible experience, I should’ve gone to Taco Bell.

Sunday afternoon. Very few customers. Waited in the drive through line for way too long. The front person had no idea what she was doing. Then another person came to the window to ask again what we ordered after we had paid. New staff needed here. Not worth the wait.

Every time we go even if we are the only person there it takes about 15 to 20 minutes to get your food. It is literally the worst place in Hinckley to go for food just because of wait times. I personally know they are understaffed and I know that management doesn’t care. So it’s not the workers’s fault.

Female manager with brown hair had a terrible attitude and over all just rude to every customer she “helped”. Watched 3 cars leave the drive thru line prior to even ordering. She needs to be replaced. If she hates her job that much do her a favor and let her find a new one. Not impressed.

Drive through service for this visit was struggling. Waited nearly 10 minutes before getting out of the car to go in and ask about our ordered which still wasn’t ready. Order a root beer shake, they made a float. They forgot the sundae and had to make it while I waited at the counter. They were completely out of napkins. This was on a Wednesday evening about 7:30 pm when they were not very busy. Not sure what’s up with this location, but DQ is typically better.

Went there around 7:50pm and the seating inside was already closed for the night but they serve until 9pm. We ended up sitting outside in the cool and windy air.

This DQ in Hinckley is managed at an epically disappointing level. The team members are very unpleasant and make sure you know. Every garbage receptacle was over flowing, all of the glass, windows and doors are smudged and gross. The ice is always non-existent. And to top it all off the chicken we ordered, which took 15 minutes at minimum, was dark brown, nothing golden about it. Change the oil maybe? Management starts at the top, can’t blame your coworkers, or employees. We have been to many DQ’s across the country, this is by far the worst I have ever seen. Get with it DQ! Other reviews also reflect much of what I have said, obviously you won’t be doing anything about it, but I thought I would try as well.
