This Dairy Queen has the best customer service of all the fast food restaurants in the area. They always have smiles and prepare fresh, delicious food every time. I honestly had only ever gotten their blizzards and tasty frozen treats, but tried some of their food and was blown away by the freshness and the cheese curds -oh goodness- are those some of the best I’ve had especially for fast food.

The usual workers are always nice, and listen to any issues with concern, I know it is only their job but they do good at making sure that communication and understanding is nonnegotiable in the work environment. I have seen some issues with store maintenance but I know there is only so much those under paid front workers can do. I hope corporate comes around for the sake of this store, it needs some outside love and help, to keep those good spirit hard workings employees. <3

Stopped here for lunch. I ordered my favorite Flamethrower Burger and although it wasn’t bad, it wasn’t great. I think that it had too much of the sauce. The service was a little slow. The eating area was clean but the bathroom was not.

It’s actually my favorite place to eat, in terms of fast food. It’s absolutely delicious, whether I’m getting the BBQ chicken strip meal, or a Dilly Bar to go, I’ve been more than satisfied every time.

Stopped in for ice cream this afternoon. Service is definitely slacking. My sister who ordered after me got her ice cream before our order was completed. The guy serving me my ice cream had to ask if I was still waiting on them. When using the women’s room it smelled absolutely disgusting and the stall we used was completely out of toilet paper. Overall it was clear the bathrooms were not attended by staff and were rather disgusting. Throughout the entire place inside and outside garbages were overflowing. Definitely disappointed in our visit tonight.

Done giving this place chances. Went through drive thru last Saturday because thats only way my order is ever taken. I have waited but the register for 20 minutes and no one gives me a time of day. Been polite and said excuses me. Nothing! This last Saturday ordered 3 cheeseburger meals, and two bacon cheeseburger meals no bacon was on either of the burgers and didn’t get fries or the sundaes. Never have problems with the dairy queen in point. And I was even asked to pay for my order a second time. Had to show the receipt that I already paid. Asked about missing things from my order and nobody came back. I sat and waited for about 15 minutes
