We are so happy with the Dairy & Bean! We have a summer home that is within walking distance so we go there almost daily. The staff is incredibly friendly. There is a good selection of ice cream choices and everything we’ve tried has been delicious. The chocolate chip cookie dough “white out” is my personal favorite! Noticed someone commented on a problem with the cups holding the ice cream. We’ve had at-least 20 of them with no issues.

Dairy Bean’s ice cream and coffee is AMAZING!!! The whiteouts are perfection, espresso is next level goodness, and the customer service is the best! This is a great addition to out little town. Stop in and let them do what they do best! I would give 10 stars if I could!

It was my first time in the area and a very hot day, so I got a whiteout and a pup cup for my dog. The soft serve wasn’t that great. It had an odd taste/texture, the chocolate sauce made the whiteout runny, and the cup it came in was getting overly soggy, so it was hard to hold without accidentally crushing it. The kids were friendly enough and I like to support local businesses, but I’m not sure I’d go back for ice cream.

On a recent trip to Lake Nebagamon we enjoyed both coffee and ice cream treats at Dairy and Bean! The cool part is that we could boat to the D & B and then eat our treats on the water while watching the sunset. The Dairy and Bean is a must-stop if you’re in the area!

We have spent many summers in Lake Nebagamon and are thrilled the new Dairy & Bean is serving up superb, creative ice cream products AND coffee delights! (A vital and essential treat sadly missing from this area) IMO, way better than the previous DQ menu. The new owner and staff are super friendly and we appreciate the great customer service! Thanks to the D&B for enhancing our little village and investing in the Lake Nebagamon community.

Ice cream is junk. Cheap 1gal stuff thats full of water.
The “white outs” were not worth it.
Cups are terrible. I wonder if they’ll pay for the car detail I need now after it spilt open? The darn thing was watery from the serving window.
God forbid that was a hot drink and my kid was burnt.
I am absolutely unimpressed. $19 for 3 (2 sm and 1 med) Whiteouts? Yea… no. Kick rocks. Take your retirement project else where. Ice cream and coffee? Dude, its on the lake! Serve food! Im not asking for fancy stuff, but holy cow, serve corn dogs and tater tots or something at minimum. The gas station sells chicken! You can’t even sell corn dogs??
Take the DQ sign down while you are at it. I was starving and ended up with junk Ice-cream. Im a firm believer of the 3 strikes rule.
1. The ice cream is junk.
2. The cups are junk.
3. Sell food.
