We take Blizzard quality very seriously and don’t return to stores that give you a Blizzard that ends up being half plain ice cream at the bottom. That didn’t happen in Osseo, our Blizzards had candy pieces until the end. Will definitely stop again!

Got the chicken strips they were dry fries were limp staff was exhausted and crabby asked for ranch and they made a big deal came back later to get blizzards and the cashier had to re check us out because they were not listening and too busy keeping their head down on the counter. Do not recommend male crew members were also seen not helping manager.

This was the worst experience I had. Waited at the drive-thru window about 10 to 15 minutes before they came to get our money to pay, then they handed this to me, I have never had a DQ cone look like this. The ice cream was already melting down my hand before we got out of the parking lot, and we had the ac on in the car, and it wasn’t even warm outside.

Foods perfectly fine for what it is. I’ve been here twice and both times the staff seem amazed they actually have to work. 1st time the 2 girls working chose to look at me, then proceed to finish their conversation before acknowledging my existence. 2nd time the cashier seemed to be affronted by the fact that I was wanting to place an order.

We asked for 2 with pickle and didn’t even put pickle they got everything else right. The toliets were horrible one started leaking right there and then we got scammed with the sandwich and the coin machines. To bad there wasn’t any claw machines oh wait those are prob rigged
