Went through drive through fairly quickly. But when we ordered and got to the window it took about 20 minutes to get our two blizzards, and one completely melted. Along with the employees extremely casual attitude and messy looking interior did not make it appetizing.
It’s a nice place, and the blizzard was good, but I would not recommend right now. As when we left there were +5 cars behind us backed into the kwik trip parking lot

The service was alright girl at the first window was such a sweetheart guy at the second window just wanted me gone. Opened my sandwich and it looked like garbage like someone took the sandwich and tossed it in the air and smooshed it or something… I had to tear it apart and rebuild it to make it look somewhat enjoyable… super disappointing coming from this location… and no napkins

Each time we go we wait at least 20 minutes. Longer if it’s the drive through…. You can tell certain employees don’t want to be there. Numerous times they have gotten our order wrong as well.

Genuinely the worst Dairy Queen I’ve ever gone to. Been in Menomonie for 5 years now and every experience I go to gets worse. Long wait times, orders with countless mistakes. I mean 5 times in a row I’ve ordered the bbq chicken tenders and they’ve came plain. When will this restaurant ever hold some accountability for itself and get its act together.

Walked in, lady with lip harpie said there was going to be a wait. No problem. After 5 mins she comes back and lectures us about how there’s going to be a long wait. How bout instead of gossiping up front about how long the wait is, you go back and flip them burgers and decrease the wait time.

Waited for 10 minutes in line in the drive through, they finally took our order and we paid and were told to “have a great day” we moved forward waiting for our food and then proceeded to wait for 20 minutes. 2 cars behind us got food and left so we tapped on the window and were told they were “still working on it” we could see our blizzards melting inside. We were finally handed our blizzards and they were melted

I’ve tried this location a few times, it’s been slow every time. Today I sat in the drive through to get a simple ice cream cone, after 10 minutes of no movement, I just left. .

Where do I start, They give you cold old fries…Only about a handful. They misplaced a chicken tender/didn’t put hardly any sauce “sauce and toss” & forgot my toast & ranch. Tables were super dirty & lights were off.
This place is due for a health inspection. The cook had long hair and couldn’t stop starring at me instead of completing my order. Never again will I shop here. 0/10 it’s like they didn’t even try.
