Waited for a very long time to get my tube wizards due to a large food order ahead of me that they did not have move ahead to the front. My blizzard did not get tipped upside down when I said something about getting my money back because they clearly were melted. He said the reason he didn’t flip them upside down is because the ice cream would go everywhere and I said yes, I’ve been waiting forever for my two blizzard and it says on your board I would get my ice cream for free. he made me feel like I was just trying to get handouts when honestly, I sat there waiting and spent almost $20 for ice cream and didn’t want it to be completely melted

Chicken strips were just breading almost no chicken inside ice cream was completely melted. Fries were rock hard, and the lady who I speak to was rude and said she could do nothing about it to contact DoorDash.got a 4 pice chicken basket and got this.

The youg gentlemen working the night we drove through did a good job communicating and engaging with us. Been a long couple days traveling and a DQ blizzard sounded good. Both of the items we ordered were made very well and while we waited, the guy at the window chit chatted with us, which was nice. Good to see!

EDIT: READ REVIEWS. EVERYONE’S ICE CREAM IS LIKE THIS. COMPLETELY MELTED BLIZZARDS HERE. AUTOMATED UNHELPFUL RESPONSES. Just left from here. Came in and ordered our food. Had to wipe off the counter as they gave us our blizzards completely water-level melted and overflowing. Had to ask for lids for the blizzards, and boxes for the chicken. One lady wearing a white beanie was very kind and helpful. The other girl was just flat out bad at her job. Can’t recommend this location after that.

Very disappointed ! First time at this Dairy Queen & probably the last. I ordered the flame thrower burger meal. The hamburger patties were dry & not juicy by any means, and the fries were the worst I’ve eaten, Cold & hard! Because of the temperature of the food, I do not believe that these were freshly made. Way too much to be spending on food that has been sitting there waiting for you to arrive! I haven’t been to a Dairy Queen since the one on Menomonee Street and probably won’t try one again To many other delicious choices!

I ordered chicken strips, with an additional order of cheese curds. I still got the full basket, & than my food was all combined together. I just thought maybe they’d yknow put the cheese curds in a small boat or something not like, with all of my food just thrown in there on top of each other.

First and last time at this DQ today. Very tall male with curly, wild hair goes over his visor and he works in the grill. No hair net. Has visor but what good does it do when his hair is all over it??? Yikes, do they need the health dept here?

Ordered a blizzard and it was completely runny. The other blizzard they did the usual tip upside down. The other they just handed to us with a lid and said “be careful with that one”. So they knew it was runny and still served it anyway. It was shake consistency at best. Poor product and service.

Dreadfully slow. Better off going home, make a meal, go buy a soda. After that you might be greated and get your food.

I waited in the drive thru for over 30 minutes, they made me sit at the speaker and wait to order for 15 mins and then about 20 mins before I got my ice cold fries, gross chicken strips, wrong soda and my partially melted blizzard. I’ve genuinely never seen such a poorly run establishment in my entire life.I could see four women working, not one of them actually providing service. This was at 2:30 in the afternoon as well, there was no rush and the place wasn’t busy.
