We were really upset after getting a birthday cake for a friend last weekend. The employee said she had no problem writing on the cake but the writing was very crooked and off center. There were no other employees working when we purchased the cake so we couldn’t ask for it to be fixed. She should not have told us she could write on the cake if she didn’t have the abilities to do so. I had to ask my sister to scrape off the writing and put icing over the top to fix it. I would have rather had the cake blank than the writing that was put on it. Our friend would have been very disappointed if we gave it her in the original state.

Placed a mobile order, and the line was a little slow, not too bad. Got our ice cream, then was asked to pull forward and wait for our fries. It took nearly 30 minutes for them to bring the fries out, and we were not the only car out there waiting as car after car left the lot. No explanation was given to for why it took that long.

food was okay, but proportions were horrible compared to the last time i was there. the chicken “strips” were more like nuggets, and got about a third the amount of fries and dipping sauce i should have gotten for 12 dollars. what a rip off. don’t go here unless you want to waste your money.

I normally never write reviews but I had to on this one, I ordered a flamethrower meal with extra sauce on the burger thinking I’d get like double the amount as normal… they drown this burger in sauce I got about 10 times the amount of a normal burger if not more! I tried resuscitation the burger by wiping the excess off to no avail I ran out of napkins so I threw it in the garbage

Wow I have come here several times and always get a Chocolate Dipped Strawberry Blizzard never had a problem till today and they weren’t even busy 1 car behind me.
I get a Chocolate somewhat milk shake no strawberries very runny like you have to use a straw. Very disappointed and they didn’t tip it over like they were suppose to.

I took my sibling over to this dairy queen and the staff was nice. The ice cream there is amazing, I had the royal new York cheesecake blizzard and normally I requested for them not to flip it but forgot this time to (I do this because of the filling), but when they did flip it didn’t leak any of that wonderful filling. My sibling had a simple Oreo blizzard and enjoyed it as well. Overall it was an amazing service and in the building they make it a little fun for kids by flipping and smiling with a real genuine smile.

traveled to wisconsin for the first time and decided to come here, worst possible service. the employees were rude as soon as i walked in and i had to wait 5 minutes just to get service. tables were dirty and bathrooms seemed as they have not been cleaned for a while. extremely disappointed in the service. i got ice cream and chicken and the chicken was undercooked, missing a piece, and extremely small, the ice cream was alright. i do not recommend coming here as this is terrible. save ur time and go to a different fast food place.

Large cones are extremely small, never the same size. Today I got a cone that was pretty small, as I ate it.i realized it was a small cone sitting inside a large cone. For almost 5 bucks you should get a consistent size.
