15 minutes for a 4-piece tender. No gloves worn by anyone. Kitchen kids were eating, putting their fingers in their mouth, yet, no sinks were used. Front kids were pushing each other around, picking stuff up from the floor without washing their hands. Sprite was straight soda water. Will never buy an ice cream cake again! Bought this for my mom’s birthday. The ice cream cakes have definitely gone up in price and down in value! The chocolate part you had to scoop off separately and there barley is any chocolate compared to how they used to be made. Taste was good and all as it’s only ice cream but very disappointed on how it was put together… not worth the cost it is what so ever!

First time going here sense the move. Got some ice cream, service was great and friendly. Asked for more chocolate in the shake and offered to make a new one cause we already handled the blizzard due to covid reasons. So told them some extra brownies in cup would be fine. They followed through and took care of my concerns.

I’ve only been to this DQ location a few times, but my favorite blizzard continuously gets worse and worse…I pay almost a dollar more on already outrageous prices for the Royal brand and what do I get? Four tiny cheesecake pieces in a blizzard. I’ve never experienced this at another location. If cheesecake is in the name, please give your customers what they’re paying for! I can go to McDonald’s for plain vanilla soft serve for only $0.89 if I wanted that. Don’t think I can justify going back here again.
