New owners have made this place a joke. No personality, seemed to be disgusted to have to offer any service, and will not take previous owner customer appreciation certificates for cakes and novelties. The small staff 1-3 people working behind the counter have no customer skills and seem to rather carry on with being social with each other over providing customer service. I only go here for the cakes and novelties, but I don’t attend their customer day this year because I will be taking my ice cream business fully to another establishment.

The best dairy queen I’ve been to in awhile! Maybe ever!?! The place was very clean and neat. The food was very delicious and cooked perfectly. The guy that took our order was very fun and upbeat and checked up on us to make sure we had everything we needed. He was jealous of me and my wife for being both very tall people which made for a fun and pleasant interaction. Definitely will stop back when traveling through Shawano.

This dairy Queen is by far the best in the area. the store always clean, the food is fresh and the service is amazing the staff is friendly and fast and you can tell they really care about customers. a big shout-out of the owner AK’s he super professional polite and makes sure everything run smoothly. you can tell he takes pride in his business and it shows in the quality and atmosphere. highly recommended this location for anyone craving great ice cream and excellent

Everytime I come here the workers are very friendly and polite. I havnt had a bad experience yet. Had no idea they had a TWO piece chicken strip for kids! I only saw the 4 piece and always got it for my toddler and she could never eat it all. What’s cute is they even give you a coupon if you don’t want the kids ice cream right away!

Finally got frustrated enough to leave a review. I seem to always have some small issues when I go but the kids like the blizzards so I deal with it. When ordering i ordered a kids meal. When asked if I wanted the treat right away I asked for the $.50 off mini blizzard. They told me I couldn’t do that. Argued but they said I needed a coupon. So I just paid full wasn’t going to keep arguing over $.50 plus thought maybe something changed. But when I got the meal sure enough right on the coupon it says free cone or $.50 off mini blizzard. I could have moved on from that but then when I got home, they messed up my order. Didn’t give me cheesecurds I ordered and didn’t make the hot dog plain. Also realized I never got my sundae for the $7 meal deal (I’ll blame myself for that since I didn’t realize it when I was there).

I do not appreciate being asked, as I’m handing over my credit card, whether I “have enough money on it” to pay for my meal. The credit card I’ve had since 1987, that has a credit limit of over $25,000 and which gets paid off every month.
I can’t speak to the quality of the food since I took back my card without paying and left without food. I won’t be going back.

me and my good buddy came here after a long day of golfing and we were very excited to have a nice dinner. all was going good until a young man and a young woman came to clean the bathrooms. they were being very obnoxious and complaining about having to work, also they were talking bad about their coworkers. this new generation is unreal.

Im not sure if there having an issue with there drive thru order screen, but my orders are either half heard, or one ear put the other. Sometimes there pushy for you to be done ordering, even after one item. Its not just me getting something half the time, I have passengers too. If they weren’t so pushy, id probably go here more.
