Are employees no longer trained on how to mix a blizzard? The last three times I have stopped with my child, only the top 1/4 of the blizzard is mixed and the bottom 3/4 is straight ice cream! I watched the girl mix mine for 10 seconds!! Come on, I used to work at a Dairy Queen.
The employees all need to be trained on how to properly mix blizzards! Stop rushing and start making them the correct way!

DO NOT EAT HERE! Service and handling of food is actually awful. This establishment is basically run by the teenagers who are all quitting and dropping like flies because their management is on a power trip. From what I’ve seen and heard they violate OSHA daily by handling food without gloves, cross contaminating utensils, and letting their family members (toddlers mostly) into the back to roam freely despite the countless endangerments said children could face (deep fryers, sharp utensils). These people who are supposed to be leaders and provide guidance literally refuse to communicate with their coworkers, building an environment of uncertainty, distrust, and overall negativity which thus carries onto the main floor and impacts customers. These new owners need to go.

Don’t come here and go through the driveway when there’s absolutely no one else in the drive through and ask for just a moment before you order. You will get yelled at Which ever girl was on the headset on 7/27 around 4:30 needs an attitude check. Went back in to get the sauce they forgot to give us and got EVEN more attitude. Ordered a single cheeseburger plain and got cut off while ordering it. It was in fact not plain bc the girl cut us off. If you don’t like your job, quit. It’s not that hard

So my fiancé and I got DQ tonight and I got a 4 piece chicken strip basket. We got home to sit and eat. I had not one not two BUT THREE different hairs in my basket. I had one on my napkin when I opened the box, I had one cooked in a chicken tender piece, and one buttered on my texas toast! One of the most disgusting things that has happened to my food. I loved this place heck I even worked here! But it’s really going down hill in the quality of pretty much everything food, service, and atmosphere. Also the car in front of me didn’t notice this but they got 3 blizzards and the person at the window didn’t flip a single one. Those people didn’t notice but I would have and asked for them free.

Ordered 4 blizzards at drive through. They were so runny you could have drank them through a straw. What happened to you should be able to get them upside down. Very disappointing a nd grandkids made a mess because they were so runny.

This may sound harsh but it’s not a very good experience reiterating what you want for food three separate times, having a worker confirm it and then getting it wrong anyways. This happens quite frequently here.
For the price of their food you should be expecting a diner quality meal but like many other places they started off quite nice and have fallen into very low quality in my opinion.
