I got 2 blizzards (Snickers and Cookie dough). There were 2 people in front of me, and it took over 20 minutes to get our blizzards. They were completely melted, and the cookie dough also had Oreo in it. There were a couple of workers there, and only one girl was actually working (messy bun, black hair with a nose ring… couldn’t see the name tag)

Incredibly slow service through the drive through on Sunday evening 8/6/2023 at 8:30 PM. We waited a full 25 minutes to order and receive 2 small blizzards. When we finally received them they were partially melted. Save yourself a headache and go to Culvers down the road!

Just showed up at 8:03 and the lobby was closed but Mae and her co-worker allowed me to order inside to go anyway. They didn’t need to do this and could have told me to order in drive thru. Not only they were super friendly and quick about it but the food was delicious as always. Not all the DQs are grill and chills but if you’re looking for ice cream and a burger definitely stop at this location. Cheers to their excellent service!!

POOR SERVICE! The lobby closes at 8pm but the drive through stays open until 10pm. We walked in at 8pm and they refused to serve us. This would have been fine however we were shouted at as we entered that the lobby is closed. Poor professionalism and customer service. They could have taken the order and offered to make it an order to go, instead they lost customers.

Got a puppy chow blizzard for me and a dish of ice cream for my son. People were loitering in the place the whole time I was there, service was good and somewhat quick(staffing issues). Puppy chow in the blizzard was stale but I paid a good amount for it so I had to choke it down

On 7/14/23 my fiance and myself stopped to get blizzards at night on our way home. He ordered a syrawberry cheesecake and i got the choco brownie extreme. We didnt even get what we ordered. Like mine is vanilla ice cream thats salty and chocolate chunks. His is the same. The people working looked more like kids just goofing around and let the blizzards sit on the table before giving to us which then became partly melted.

A lovely Sunday and banana split from DQ makes a perfect sunny day in De Pere. Delicious with good quality of food. Serving time is quicker and well packed for take outs. Kids definitely will enjoy this place.

Sh$t service watched at least 30 cars went through the drive thru. Sat waiting for 45 mins for the order to be wrong. The seat in booth looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in a while.
