Rush order for decorated cake and the staff came through spectacularly. Went to pick it up and instead of “bothered” staff we see frequently at food service places. The staff were upbeat and welcoming.

This is my favorite fast food place, not only in Brillion but in all of NE Wisconsin. Such a friendly staff! The service is top notch, the food never disappoints, and it’s a constant lunch spot for me week after week – has been for many many years.

I stop here a couple times a month as it is about the halfway point between home and work.
The prices are somewhat less than other DQ’s for what I usually order.
Accidentally dropped a credit card and my Kwik Trip rewards card on Aug. 19th.
August 20, I get a message notification on FB saying someone wants to send me a message. I accept and the owner had reached out saying his staff must have forgot to return my credit card and he would hold it or mail it to me.
I let him know I had dropped/left them there and his staff found them and were at no way at fault…I have a feeling he phrased it that way knowing it was my fault but not wanting to blame me.
Many thanks to the Owner, management and staff. Thanks for the integrity and giving me more reasons to stop in!

Our local DQ has caused us to avoid DQ’s everywhere, but after a recommendation for this location, we decided to give it a try. I’m so glad we did! The food was amazing! Hot, fresh, & quickly made (we ordered 6 $7 MEALS, & got it ALL quicker than if we’d only ordered 2 burgers at our local one!). We will definitely be going back.

I actually travel the 15 minutes to this Dairy Queen even though there’s one 5 minutes away from my house. This DQ is clean! The people working here are just good hard working people who take alot of pride in how the food comes out and they dont just toss it in the bag. I understand this is fast food but this DQ I have to say goes above and beyond the normal

Didn’t even eat there. I waited 15 minutes to pick up my online order to just be ignored by staff. I left after they finally started the food. I ordered one of your mother’s day cakes too.

What a great dining experience! Stopped in while I was in the area as I really wanted some ice cream, even with the cold. I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger meal and Molly was so friendly. From the time I walked into the lobby until I left it was a very pleasant environment with playful conversation, just like I was at home. When I received my food, the burger was just like you would expect to get it, like in a commercial, it wasn’t smashed down in a wrapper. To top it off, when I was done eating I went to order a peanut buster parfait and, to my surprise, I was asked how my food was by the cook. Riley took my order and was very friendly as well. Definitely worth the stop, even if you just want some ice cream.
