Been going to the DQ for over 30 yrs and every so often you actually take notice to how small each of their icecream menu items are becoming.
Ordered myself a Peanut Buster Parfait and yes , over the years they are shrinking as the prices go up. Also ordered a medium sized Hot Fudge Sundae for my wife. Upon getting it we both wondered how small would the small be had we ordered that? As small as a thimball?
How SMALL can they get with the portions before it’s merely just a sample-size or a Fun Size!?

Was just passing through on our way to our cabin we’ve been skeptical about going there because every time we do the order is wrong and the staff are rude. Not yesterday! The staff were pleasant and smiling, the service was fast and efficient despite waiting for fresh strips. The gal who was assisting us was the new store manager. She apologized for the slight wait for fresh food even brought us our tray, and even came back a second time to make sure things tasted okay and to see if we needed anything. The restaurant itself looked cleaner and had a more positive atmosphere. We will definitely be back Sunday when we head home! Thank you for the awesome service! The owner Or whomever who brought new Management made a great choice!

I went to Dairy Queen this morning and I was absolutely disgusted with what I got, the gravy literally came straight out the fridge, my fries were refrigerator cold and my burger was room temperature and the onion rings felt and tasted like they where cooked in two week old grease it’s the same service every time, the workers do not know how to do there jobs right it is like they have no common sense on how to work in a kitchen, I could do a better job alone then the employees that work there now. I spent $11.00 on just the burger because they “forgot” the rest of my meal every time I go there they always forget something or everything is just cold. Highly recommend to never go here it is a guaranteed disappointment…

Came here as always, usually pretty good, but today I had went and the lights were on, pulled through the drive through and no one answered, went up to the door and it was locked. Nothing showed that it would be closed. No one was there. Next time post outside that you are closed please. EDIT: Just read that they haven’t been open, I understand if you can’t open for the moment but what I don’t understand is the lights were on! Nothing and I mean NOTHING showed that they are CLOSED!

I’ve been to this DQ twice now. The 1st time I ordered a deluxe burger that has lettuce, tomato and onion on it & fries. I was the only car there, took 20 min for my order. The burger I received was a plain cheese burger and the fries were cold & soggy. The 2nd time I went, I ordered a cheeseburger and fries- asked for no pickles or mustard. Once again my burger was wrong- full of extra pickles and mustard, once again fries were cold. There was 1 car in front of me. For a not busy place, you’d think the cook would get the orders right and fries wiuld be fresh and hot. Won’t be going back there.

Made the mistake of doing a mobile order today. The app took my money, even said they were preparing the order. When I showed up the store is abandoned. Not even a note on the outside saying they are closed. I suddenly remembered a few weeks ago trying to go to this Osceola location and it was closed. Corporate refuses to give me a refund and says the store has to do it. How exactly is that going to happen? They are closed!

The two stars are for the young girls sweet disposition and customer service. Took my kids here for a quick afternoon snack and order two 2 for $4 things. A fry, cheeseburger, pretzel dippers and a chili cheese dog. My total should have been $8.44 and it came to $10.53, so I asked why. The manager came over and said it’s a chili dog not a chili cheese dog on the 2 for $4 menu. I understand that, but it should have been mentioned to me at the time of order since I said I wanted two 2 for $4 when I ordered. So $2.09 for a sprinkle of shredded cheese on a cold chili cheese dog. Again, not a huge deal but irritating. As a person who has worked in management and customer service I would have just refunded the $2.09.

We ordered 2 of the cheeseburger $7 lunch specials for supper. The cheeseburger tasted like an old rubber tire and was tough like rubber. The fries were cold. The sundae and drink were the only part of the meal that were any good. The one who checked me out was friendly though.
