Today we went to DQ to buy some ice cream and the service was terrible, completely disrespectful. The girl who served us wasn’t very friendly; she was very bitter and unfriendly. We went at 8:30 and ordered a couple of ice creams, and when we got there, she just made a face and told us not to be late because she had already turned off the machines and wasn’t going to put in the effort to make the ice cream properly. It’s not fair to pay for ice cream and get such awful stuff. When she gave us the ice cream, it was all watered down and tasted terrible. The ice cream looked awful. She’s a girl with a nose ring, brown hair, and she’s a little chubby. This happened on February 14, 2026.

Food is okay, didn’t toast the bread, gave us soggy bread with butter. Only thing that looks appetizing here is the fries. Chicken strips were nasty. Can’t clean tables or floors either. Service is okay, workers somewhat rude.

Everytime we go to this DQ they start closing early even though they close at 9. The first time this has happened, we walked in at 8 when they close at 9. They already shut down the ice cream machine, we should’ve walked out then. It was the worse ice cream we have ever had and the worker was complaining about how long she was working that day and just wanted to go home and didn’t care about the hours. The last time we went, they had the slushie machine shut off at 7:30. The food has always been gross at this location. Just from the looks the kitchen is dirty.

I heard the DQ got a new owner, and so far it’s SO much better! It doesn’t stink inside, the new owner has painted, & cleaned the windows (probably for the first time in years) and the staff is actually FRIENDLY!!
Went there last night for a treat, the lady behind the counter was the only one working, she was taking orders then making them, and apologizing for the wait in which we assured her it’s just fine! We got GREAT service and she didn’t skimp on the blizzards! Possibly the best blizzard I’ve had in years. There was so much cookie dough in mine!! I didn’t have a single bite without any. It was great! If you’ve been here in the past, with the old owners and not so friendly staff, please try it again!!! I was hesitant myself but I’m glad I gave it another go.

This place is awful. From parking under the largest cobweb ever attached to the outside light and the extremely dirty windows, I wish we would have drove off then. Walked inside and the place is so dirty everywhere – floors look like they haven’t been swept in weeks much less mopped. Flies were buzzing around the food counter as we tried to order and the food area looked dirty as well. We didn’t order food and threw away our ice cream when we left. We didn’t even want our dog who was along eating it and she loves ice cream! Is someone going to do something about this place or maybe just close the doors? Seems these reviews are a repeat of the same complaints and somehow it’s still open under the same conditions.

My husband and I stopped in to get an ice cream treat the other night and we were deciding what to get when the young gal came to see what we wanted. She was wearing an oversized sweatshirt that she was drowning in and the sleeves from the cuff up past her elbows was just covered with food and stains. I immediately didn’t want anything from there to eat as I didn’t want her to touch my food. It was disgusting. Should’ve took pictures. Probably won’t go back. Is there any supervision?

Only had two shakes, it was only 10:45 AM so it wasn’t busy. The gentleman taking my order was very nice but kept burping while making the shakes. It was very unclean and the ladies bathroom was disgusting and nothing to wipe your hands with. I ended up throwing my shake away. We usually go to Siren DQ which is always so clean and everything tastes great. Will not be stopping here again!

While I’m bummed that there’s no online ordering, I had a great overall experience. I was greeted with a friendly hello. She asked if I had any questions. I let her know I was looking for a cup cake. Sadly they were out, but she was apologetic and let me know an estimate of when they would have more. I ordered an ice cream cone and a chicken basket. All tasted amazing. When I was waiting for my fresh hot food, I noticed the sitting area was clean. I’m excited to be going to a DQ again!

We went to the DQ to treat family after soccer last night, I felt like the person taking our order wanted to be anywhere but there, crabby and just not happy to be there. we ordered food (most of it was still cold but because it was busy after soccer I did not go to front to let them know as the line was very long)

Update!!!! Since new owners and staff. The place has gotten sooo much better. Lastnight took my son to eat there and the food was the best I’ve had there in a long time!! Everything done in great times and freaking absolutely delicious!!! I hope they can continue this way and maybe eventually get online ordering goin would be a great extra add!! Give them more time to have things ready for the bigger orders instead of a long line waiting for their great food.

Sad to see a place I enjoyed alot with my son, go sooooo far down the hill. Last time I was in there it was super dirty, floors sticky, garbage on floor behind counter and literally today still same but much worse!! Like I should have just walked out as soon as we walked in. Food all over everything,smooshed in floor, counter looked gross with ketchup all on it, cups you use for ketchup i would not even use after seeing how gross that was. Soda machine hasnt been wiped down in who knows how long, the ingredients they use to make blizzards running down the sides and look like havent been wiped down in a very long time. Literally everything you looked at was dirty and made me worried to even eat our ice cream. I chose not to get any food made this time after what I seen. Very very sad situation!! Another great place goin down hill and would most definitely be shut down in a heartbeat if inspection seen it. Workers were all sitting in a corner when should have been cleaning while no customers. Its bad!!! 🙁
Got wrong blizzard, my sons dipped cone was already melting out when handed to him, had to grabbed napkins to wrap around it immediately. The place was very muggy warm. The banana split looked like some nasty soup when got it, like juices poured on it, one tiny pineapple I’m assuming a can of it or something. Looked absolutely nasty. The blizzard was still good but I wasn’t goin to say anything about being wrong one, as I wanted to just get out of there as it smelt bad and she seemed stressed out and annoyed already.
I hope we dont lose another great place and it gets runned down over workers who choose not to work or annoyed to be at work. Please someone save this place asap!!!!
