This establishment NEEDS to be deep cleaned. While waiting for our ice cream noticed flies everywhere, there was a box fan on the floor in the kitchen area that was filthy. The staff was friendly.

Kameron and Easton were sitting there taking forever to make our food! They were messing around talking to that new girl and we waited for like 15 minutes for a couple cups of ice cream. We should NOT have to wait that long. They were messing around laughing and jabbering.

The owner/manger of the PDC DQ is amazing. There are younger kids that work there, that don’t “know their way” yet and he is amazing with them. A kid today messed up a blizzard and the owner was right there to help him correct it. Even when they don’t do so well he praises them and tells them how well they are doing. I would highly recommend the PDC DQ to others.

We went to the dairy queen and they didn’t tell us that they didn’t take the card so the cashier laughed at us when it declined. He was also nagging me to get a combo when I said no 3 times. My friend who was with me, asked for a cookie batter cookie dough blizzard and didn’t hear her. She had to repeat it 3 times. The cashier also laughed at us basically the whole time. The blizzards were soupy. There were also crumbs on the seats and tables. Terrible service.

Everyone there was just so nice. They brought out our food quickly and overall a wonderful experience. The $7 meal deal was delicious and it come with everything. Entree, drink and even a strawberry sundae which I highly recommend. For 2 people we spent under $20 and we left satisfied.

Floor was slimy. Tables are not wiped down well. Didn’t have hot fudge!? Food was fine, though, and it turns out a Peanut Buster Parfait made with carmel instead of hot fudge is still pretty good.

Don’t call them about an order they messed up. The manager can be a bit confrontational and not even apologize for messing up my order. All she said is they will make sure to check future customers’ orders. I ordered 2 triple burgers and one double. But i got 2 doubles and one triple instead. Not to mention the onion ring on my burgers were burnt crisp. Just really not worth visiting this location. There food blows and the management is even worse. I will no longer visit the Prairie du chien location ever again. So many better place to eat. There loss not mine. Cause i would stop twice a week. Guess i will have to visit Culver’s more often.
