Food tasted good but they forgot Bacon on two sandwiches and put extra onions on a Burger that was supposed to have no onions. All three burgers had something wrong with them.

This location and its problems need to be nipped in the bud. I am sickened by the destruction of White Castle, Taco Bell and many other iconic fast food chains.

Skip the banana shake. There was virtually no banana, the shake was thin and even the whipped cream was thin. I’ve had many banana shakes from various locations and this one is unacceptable and intentionally cheats the customer. The chocolate shake was ok.

I don’t know if corporate will care, but I will also say, although friendly enough, when you see who is serving up this iconic American treat, it makes it unappetizing. Flavors are always compromised. I among others won’t eat at this location again.

The first sign of a fast food chain going out of business will be the closing of individual locations due to poor sales, resulting in the unfortunate and ultimate disappearance of the entire Dairy Queen chain.

Can anyone guess the flavor of this blizzard? After looking through the ice cream we never found any chunks of cookie pieces. It tasted like plain vanilla ice cream in a cup, with a blizzard price tag. When we asked for Oreo cookies we were given a tiny cup a quarter full, for our large blizzard. So disappointing when going out for a treat after a long day!

Ever since the change in ownership, this dairy queen has been crap! I’ve been here 3 different times in the past year, and they do not know how to make a proper peanut buster parfait. Knowing that they don’t put much fudge and peanuts in it after the last few times, I ordered extra fudge this time, thinking it would come out how it should in the first place. I paid for extra fudge, but they in fact, did not put in extra fudge. I will not be coming back to this DQ. The overall price on 3 ice cream treats was almost 20 bucks, too, which is just crazy.

I went thru the drive-thru 2 weeks ago and found that the cheese curds blew up in the fryer, leaving nothing but the batter. Called them right away and let them know. The person that answered spoke in broken English telling me “no is here”. I have called numerous times to get my money back to no avail. $6.95! Wish the previous owner was still there. The quality of food was better!!

Finally open! Excited to have DQ in the area. Just ate there today and the food was fantastic! Flamethrower burger with curds is where it’s at! Line was very long today being the first day open but was worth it!

The little white girl with the train tracks in her face is VERY RUDE. I kept trying to explain why our order was wrong and she kept cutting me off. I told her it is not her fault as she didn’t make the blizzards but she was not polite when I asked her to fix the problem. Then she said “I don’t wanna play with your food but there are chunks in here” as she is mashing the spoon in the blizzard. It was a simple fix and the gentleman that came to fix the problem LISTENED TO ME and resolved the problem faster than what it took for the girl to even let me finish my explanation and understand the issue. All she did was listen and NOT understand and cut me off.

I’m not even gonna complain about the poor service because I’ve worked in fast food & retail & honestly understand, but there was one thing that I witnessed with my own two eyes that I still cannot stop thinking about. There was a child running around in the kitchen & behind the counter that was presumably a daughter of either the owner/s or a higher up. She was not in protective clothing & was also touching a bunch of different things in the kitchen & behind the counter. I suppose I could let that go, but literally ten minutes later I witnessed her digging in her pants. It’s absolutely not the child’s fault as she is just that, a child, but it’s her caretakers responsibility to not put her in dangerous situations such as unsupervised in a busy kitchen with hot frying oil, electric machines, & knives where she’s not even wearing non-slip shoes. It’s also highly unsanitary for reasons I don’t have to explain.

Went thru drive thru for 2 small plain ice cream cones. Got 3.27 back from a 10$ bill. What a joke. The cones literally were baby size. Told them they needed to take a lesson from Cone Zone. There you spend $1.60 for a small and the cone has 3x the ice cream. It was our first and definitely our last time we will go there. Your prices are insane!!!
