I’ve had several very disappointing visits to this Beloit Dairy Queen location (since the change in ownership), but I’ve never left a negative review before. Instead, we go to the Roscoe location to avoid the poor-quality food and service we repeatedly experienced locally.
For over a year, individuals associated with these locations received food from our business at no cost, yet they later left a review claiming our food was “not fresh,” which contradicts their repeated requests for extra vegetables. They placed large orders online through DoorDash late in the evenings after 8 PM and also visited our business when managers were not present, allowing them to use excessive rewards and points without question.
Recently, they attempted to obtain a large order (over $60) without payment. When we refused, they became hostile, threatened our staff, and demanded the food. After standing our ground, they retaliated with a false and damaging review.
We observed repeated misuse of rewards and promotions in ways that are unethical and harmful to other local businesses. Due to the seriousness of these actions, this business and the individuals involved have been reported to the appropriate agencies. Small businesses deserve respect, honesty, and integrity, and this behavior is unacceptable.

Went there and they could not hear. Asked us to repeat our order 4 times. Got to the window and they were in there arguing about orders. Did not put lids on our drinks or ice cream. It was a complete hot mess.

Hey all, it’s the Superman Blizzard lady. These people have been genuinely so nice to me since I moved to Beloit. I’m going through a really hard time right now personally, and these guys are always professional, fast, and they really mix in a lot of good ingredients. I’ve never been disappointed. I absolutely love the staff, and I have ordered in the drive-thru and through DoorDash. Fantastic business, first time I’ve ever reviewed a chain restaurant.

I can in at the very last minute tonight like 9:57. The works did not have to take my order being 3 min till close. They stopped what they were doing to take my order. They did not rush and make it sloppy they were not even upset about the situation. In fact, the gentleman working in the window, and I had a very nice conversation while I waited for my food. He told me on how they cried themselves on making customers happy and how our time is appreciated. We took the time to drive to them so they will take the time to make the food the right way and customer service is top priority. I have never made a review before, but five star across the board.
