Every time I go there I get greeted, welcomed, & great service. They bring my food to me plus they let me get my sundae when I’m done eating. I don’t have to get it all right away which is nice. The place is always clean and you get rewards points for your purchases!

DQ has low-key, great short order food if run by a quality franchisee. This family keeps a clean restaurant and dishes out quality fast food. The Alaskan Cod Fishwich was crispy and not stale tasting. The cheeseburgers tasted like cheeseburgers in the 80s, and the fries were nice and crispy and hot. I’m sure their staple, the ice cream treats, were also delicious. The 2 for $5 and $7 combo meals are a great value.

Dolly ; Love was very kind, courteous, respectful, phenomenal customer service. Communication was a 10 on a level 1 to 10. Speed, friendliness, exquisite individuals. I would highly recommend any individual to stop and say hi to Dolly and love every time they come here. I want to thank Dairy Queen for hiring these two individuals. I’ve been here a few times because I live nearby, and the staff are always kind and courteous. I usually order inside and the store is clean. I received an ice cream cake for my birthday recently too, and it was well decorated and exactly what I expect from a DQ. Thanks guys!

Do not give this place your business. I ordered a custom cake 2 days in advance and when I showed up at the time agreed they didn’t even make it. All 3 employees acted like it was their first day on earth and scrambled into the back to half ass throw together a cake. I would give them zero stars if possible.

Was there on Saturday night, around 9:30pm. We ordered food, food was great. We sat down to eat and a lady walks out of the kitchen towards the main entrance yelling “store closed” turned off the lights and locked the doors, while we were still sitting there eating. They closed 10 min before 10pm. That was very rude and unprofessional. I was a fast food restaurant manager and from my knowledge we are not suppose to do that when we have customers in the dining area. We can lock the doors, and wait for them to leave. But NEVER SHUT THE LIGHTS THE OFF AND LOCK THE DOORS.

If you don’t have a coupon it’s expensive. Im hoping people are starting to catch on that Covid is long over. And almost 15 dollars for a fast food meal is ridiculous. You can go to a sit down dinner for 2 for less.

Had DQ in Del Rio and somewhere passing through PA on my way to Allentown. Those locations had amazing burgers. Maybe it’s a regional thing because this location didn’t even have the same patty, it was thin and dry compared to other DQs where they had something much more akin to non-franchise burger whereas these were thin, small, and dry. With that said, even if the pattys differ by region, the lettuce was awful, the tomato was awful, definitely not fresh. I removed the lettuce that has hints of yellow even covered in orange buffalo sauce. Maybe alright with a blizzard but I don’t recommend the burgers.

Some of the friendliest people ever! I came in with my crazy kiddos and the staff was patient and very kind to them. When I spilled my cup of soda off the table I let them know right away and they did not even hesitate to come over and clean it up. 10/10 would come back!
