I’m not usually one to complain about an overfilled Blizzard, but this time was a bit much. I ordered a small M&M Blizzard, and there was so much ice cream piled on top that it was nearly the size of the entire cup. By the time I was leaving, it was dripping everywhere to the point that I had to scoop some off onto the ground. I’ll still come back because I enjoy this location, but this was a bit excessive.

Stopped in about 730pm and was told the kitchen was closed from a girl with an attitude. So I couldn’t get any hot food for my kids.. Not a welcoming atmosphere at all. My husband has also had below mediocre service at this location. We don’t plan on returning.

Since the Clint Henik family have taken over the business it is always opened when their posts say it is. The new freezer is always stocked. I have only had one gal who wasn’t pleasant who took my order, but I reminded her that she was there to serve me not the other way around. Told her that her attitude needed worked on. Young people need to be told because most parents don’t teach them manners or how to be respectful.. Place was clean the times we were there. Food good. I did have a banana split one evening and it was a little sparse mostly a banana and whip cream, little strawberry’s no pineapple that I could see and the ice cream seemed watery. That’s the only complaint I have. I appreciate that we have a dairy queen in our town. The Heniks will get all the kinks worked out. So be grateful!

Typical small town DQ. Staff is always on their feet though. Arrived right after a softball tournament and still had our ice cream in 5 min.

New owners! Now this place is amazing! Great service, clean and they are open when they say they are.
There has been many instances they have had issues with not being open when they were supposed to. So when I got turned away 1 hour before they closed I commented on their post on Facebook saying they were not open before any other parents loaded their kids up or walked like I did. They posted they had no idea that this was going on. And offered a few people gift cards. Someone told me careful about posting about their hours because I could get banned and now they have blocked me from their Facebook. I just didn’t want other parents getting their kids ready for ice cream just to be turned away by some kid working “full time” to turn customers away.

I gave my order for 3 meals and waited an excessive length of time. Watched 3 girls come in and receive all their meals, drinks & ice cream before me. Tried to give me my order without any of my ice cream. When I reminded her, she asked me what I ordered instead of actually looking at my order. 2 girls sat in the office the whole time. It was dreadful.

They were out of chocolate ice cream.
They could only take cash, which i had. I ordered a large cheese curd. When i got it, it was a small and went in to ask to have my large, and was told they dont have large sizes and could not make me more. If i would have known this, i would not have ordered it.

Employees were friendly but the quality has went way downhill. Faster than a 5 year old on a sledding hill! Got a large blizzard and barely any cheesecake topping and what was there, 80% was on the bottom not mixed through as you would think it should be.
