I just left the restaurant and I was honestly very shocked. There was old food all over the floor and the overall cleanliness was extremely poor. The condition of the place was really concerning, especially when it comes to food safety. Cleanliness, food handling, and hygiene should always be taken seriously, and that clearly wasn’t the case here. Some of the employees had visibly dirty clothes, and a few even had food stains on their faces. It’s clear that proper hygiene and food safety protocols are not being followed at this restaurant. I truly hope management becomes aware of this situation and takes immediate action to improve, because when it comes to food, safety and cleanliness are non-negotiable.

I wouldn’t leave this place 1 star if given the option. I have never seen a more filthy place ever. No matter where you looked whether it be counter tops or the floor there was food lying around. The area where they get the treats to mix in your sundaes and shakes had so much cross contamination and strawberries slopped everywhere and nuts, etc. The guy mixing shakes was not wearing gloves and wiped his nose. We had ordered shakes which we threw away because mine was supposed to be vanilla but had yellow chunks in it and my husband ordered a chocolate shake and said it tasted weird. The cooler doors to the left of the counter was so filthy and looked like they had never been cleaned. I am truly going to make sure the health department checks this place out before somebody gets sick. I am posting a picture of the yellow chunks in my shake also.

All around a really bad experience at the manchester DQ . Again. We decided to order a 6 piece sauce & toss. And a 6 piece chicken, the 6 piece we received wasn’t sauce & toss. The other order of chicken we received was only a 4 piece. & it was missing it’s toast. The soda that was received was ordered no ice, still had ice in it. Nothing is ever made right. This place will steal your money and not bat an eye.

No gloves dirty hands and face. Got the order wrong. Missing items and no receipt given back. As well as cold fries, wet pretty much milkshake blizzards and literally 1 napkin for the whole order . They were not busy.

We had a very tired 7 year old that spent the day at the pool. She was looking for a very specific order and the manager went above and beyond to get her what she was looking for. The service was fast and the food was good. I found the seating area to be clean and ready for dining.

At one point, we waited there for twenty minutes and no one came to us. i constantly have noticed food being left out. So not the best of sanitary wise, but the food can be better, but it’s decent. but the pop station and the seating is better than anything else.That’s the only thing it really has.

Generally a nice little spot for some ice cream, usually little to no complaints.
However, after visiting the Drive Thru today (3/18/25 at around 4:40) we ordered a Cupfection and an ice water. After we got to the window, I had to replace my order. Upon receiving the order, the cupfection was filled to the first line with ice cream (the rest was toppings) and our “water” was filled with soda water that had black flakes floating in it. We didnt receive a receipt and didnt realize the drink issue until we were well past the PONR.
There was no place to put a complaint in online and i dont have contact with the owner to set things in order.
As a former employee, it was a very disappointing experience.

Waited in line for 45 mins for 2 blizzards, didn’t serve them upside down and my wife’s blizzard looked like soup. Cashier was rude as well

Fabulous experience at the Manchester Dairy Queen. So many reviews on here mention negatives, and I think that is because primarily grumpy people feel the need to spread their anger, happy people just leave feeling full and happy. I have never had anything but great service, wonderful food, and positive interactions. Often, it looks like they only have a few people working but they make it work. I can understand how some workers could be upset or stressed out in that situation, and it is important for us to remember they are people too, I wonder how the other reviewers greeted the person at the window. Just saying, if you want happiness coming at you, sometimes you have to send it forth first. Great job DQ will definitely be a repeat customer.
