Came in for lunch, and the cook is in the back yelling, cussing. I feel bad for the lady’s at the counter, they were nice and had great service but that cook needs to go. It created an atmosphere that had me wanting to run for the hills and leave my food that wasn’t ready yet. I get people have bad days but thats unacceptable. I was in the food industry for years, it gets busy, if you dont like it, please leave it to someone else to take care of it.

Jenn is the rudest worker I have ever came across. the other gentleman and younger guy were sweet as can be. however Jenn was rude when I went up to get sauces the other gentleman overlooked that I told the younger guy I wanted when I ordered. so I just politely told him they were missing he was apologetic and upbeat. her however was well did you say it when you ordered. then 1 of the groups meal had a sundae included and I returned to to get that she was sour faced and eye rolling the gentleman once again super outstanding guy was on top of it. after everyone sat and ate. I placed a to go order with the younger guy again for at home members of the group. one in the group wanted to order ice cream. She told her what do you want. She ordered then A teen boy in the group wanted to order himself a ice cream. he did not witness the other order and pay so he politely told her it’s a separate order mam. She then responded I need all your orders we have other customers. We were the only people inside and only 1 car outside whose order had already been taken. we will never be back Everytime she has been here we I have came she has been extremely rude. in tone and body language and actions. I would much rather have someone mess up 100 times than deal with a woman who shows her poor character that losely.

We had a very rude worker, didn’t see her name tag but made us seem like we couldn’t have been any more inconvenient. sighed very loudly when we asked for a sauce, didn’t say a word to us and didn’t ask if we needed anything else.

Our family of 5 walked in at 1955. One of the worst, unfriendliest DQs we’ve ever been to. No one greeted us. No one was smiling or really even talking to customers. We took a few moments to decide what we wanted to order and walked closer to the counter. The woman at the counter asked “are you ready to order”? We said yes and she motioned to the cash register and said we could order over there. After ordering several people were making our order and they’d forgotten 1 so we had to wait for it. They didn’t turn any of our blizzards upside down like all the other DQs do. And I’m sorry did I mention they had all the chairs turned upside down on the tables as if to keep people from sitting in their lobby. My husband asked “are you closing”? Even though their hour signage says open til 10pm and it was only 8pm.

Terrible service. I will not be returning ever to this Dairy Queen. I made an order that I wanted and a lady that was working there handed me my order and complained to me pretty much stating how stupid I was for ordering what did order. Very unprofessional and accused me of ordering the same thing in the past saying she “knew I would throw a fit, because supposedly I did this this the last time” which actually I’ve never even ordered this type of blizzard ever from this location and was not complaining at all about my blizzard. I just wanted to take my order and be on with my day, but instead I was getting a lecture from a worker at the window that then proceeded to shut the window on me. So sad that people think it’s ok to treat individuals like this, I really hope she re-evaluates herself and never treats anyone like this ever again. I’ve never in my life been treated like this by anyone, especially being a customer. If you want to be treated like dirt, then maybe this would be the Dairy Queen to go to. But if you want to be respected I’d suggest you go to another Dairy Queen location.

We visited the drive-thru late on a Sunday evening. There was a long line of cars and the wait was significant, but this was our first time at a DQ in several years so we gladly waited. The service and blizzards were good (there were fewer candy pieces than we remember in previous visits to DQ stores).

If you order UberEats from this place, expect it to be wrong every time. They can’t even apparently read and separate what goes on what sandwich from the tickets. Not to mention the quality is absolutely terrible and the food is always cold even if the UberEats driver is prompt on picking up the order. I will no blame the delivery driver for the restaurants mess ups. Four separate orders now and every single one of them has been wrong. How hard is it to read that one burger is plain and the other burger just has ketchup and mayo? Like seriously. Do better.

We went there for quick food before heading back home from a dirtbike race. When ordering my fiance ordered his food and the lady over the headset said very snotty “is that all” he said no then ordered my food and then changed one thing on his which was just no ice in his drink. She was very snotty again saying “is that everything” we then pull up to the window pay and wait for our food. We waited 25 minutes for a chicken strip basket and a burger. The drink was made with ice I didn’t get ranch for my basket and my basket was thrown very sloppily in there. There was barely any bbq sauce on my chicken strips and the food was luke warm. When we finally got our food a middle aged women handed it to us and refused to look at us or say have a good day or anything then slammed the window in our faces.

So after hearing that the food is not getting better with the new owners. I thought I would try it. I got a small blizzard had to ask for a lid and she gives me a lid for a soda so does that do your blizzard? Squish it out everywhere I got the chicken strip meal, which look like a kid meal. Paid almost 20 bucks for barely anything you can say inflation I can say That there is no accountability or structure there for what they’re supposed to do
