Here right after school… There are 2 adult workers, It’s pretty busy… It took forever to get helped at the counter. Seems like all places pay more attention to the drive up. Food is typical DQ food. This place is usually pretty busy. It is in need of major renovations.. (Esp. the unisex bathroom)

Great little place, they’ve never made an error with my order, even though it’s an off-menu type item & they are always friendly, helpful & fast (as they can be). I will say that people are certainly not empathetic to them, though, so if you see me ahead of you at a Dairy Queen, just know that you are going to be waiting and it’s not their fault, it’s mine!! ♀️

This might be the worst Dairy Queen I’ve ever seen. Came tonight and ordered two blizzards ordered at 9:07pm and didn’t move in the line until 9:22pm. I witnessed several employees inside the store merely taking while the drive thru line was backed up the road. I can appreciate things are tough now as far as finding help but this store has been this way for years. It’s the slowest most frustrating place I’ve ever been in because it’s unnecessary. Im not seeking compensation but I just want it to be better!

I usually don’t leave reviews. But I’ve read through all of these and while they are being acknowledged online, clearly they are not being responded to in the restaurant. My experience was no different. I was the only person in the drive thru, no one in the store. Ordered the limited fruity dipped cone. The machine is broken so they can’t make dipped cones. Ok. Ordered a twist cone. The kid at the window was very polite but it took a long time to get my cone, it was poorly made, and then the actual cone was stale. I already felt $3 for a small ice cream cone was a bit high but when the quality is not there and the food is old, it’s really not worth it. Really looking forward to the response team apologizing and continuing to watch this once thriving restaurant fail. Save yourself the hassle and just go to our locally owned and operated Bob’s Drive In up the road.

This has nothing to do with the food or service. But my lil dog got out this evening and ran he ended up by dairy queen and the girl who was working the drive thru seen me chasing my dog she came out and helped me get him. I can not thank her enough for her help. And her manager for letting her help. Thank you Hailey and Andrew!!!!
