I come here quite often, used to have rude staff. Since nick became the manager he has changed so many things in such positive ways. I truly enjoy coming here. Food is hot and fresh every time now. Customer service is top tier.
Chris is very respectful as well and the whole night shift crew seems to really care and we appreciate that. Dont let a bad past experience stop you from another try!

The ice cream and food here is fine. Service isn’t the best I’ve had a few odd experiences. Dining area is usually dirty with sticky tables.

I ordered a mint Oreo blizzard with brownies, a Dr Pepper, and a chicken strip meal with cheese balls. Much to my surprise, I received an Oreo blizzard with no brownies, chicken strips with fries, not cheese balls, and no pop. The line was long so I did not want to be a bother, but this really disappointed me. Do better. Overpaid for what I got. Paid for thing I did not receive.

There was a pungent smell upon entering the building and approaching the front counter. The employees didn’t have a clue what I was talking about when I mentioned the smell to them. Bathrooms were smelly and in need of an update. Obviously the primary reason I went to DQ was for ice cream; and it actually turned out to be a very tasty blizzard I received! Chocolate chip cookie dough is always my favorite!

DQ use to have amazing service, but now with all these teenagers they have, service is a complete downfall I was in the drive thru the other day and they were swearing in Spanish and English being super rude…. They always reply with WHAT ??? WHAT ??? If the mic doesn’t work then DQ needs to fix it asap, and the cussing in the mic needs to stop we had kids in the car and that’s not ok !!!! These teenagers need to step it up nd be responsible and respectful or get new ones !!! It’s ridiculous how bad the staff treats you here !!!! And on top of all this we didn’t even get our order correct they forgot our cheese curds and forgot an ice cream !

Need to make sure all headsets for the drive-thru are properly working. Not very inviting if a customer has to constantly repeat themselves when ordering.

Horrible, I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with a recent experience at your Dairy Queen location. I placed an order, paid in full, and was given an estimated time for when my food would be ready. However, despite waiting well beyond that time, my order never arrived. I attempted to follow up with staff (or via app/phone, if applicable), but received no resolution, explanation, or apology.

drive thru sucks. their mic barley works, can hardly hear them, they can’t hear u. every blizzard we ordered came with chocolate ice cream instead of vanilla, our strawberry shake tasted like chocolate. ordered a burger, didn’t get it. ordered a sprite, didn’t get it. had to ask again. a french fry was found in one of our blizzards. L dairy queen and the lady had attitude

Custumer service bad food is good like any other DQ but people the work there literally is lazy I’m sorry to the owner of this place but of 5 people inside only 1 working 6 people leave the line because of this problem like I said is not the restaurant is the people that work here

Poor service. They make ice cream orders when there is a line of cars in front of you and give it to you half melted. Employees need to be better trained and managed. Ended up throwing away my peanut buster parfait with out getting a bite because it was so messy when given to me it made a mess all over my hands clothes and car with just a short drive home
