The food was of normal quality for a DQ. The time it took to get the food was way too long. 2 hot dogs, 1 flame thrower and some French fries was about a 12 minute wait. It’s just the average DQ overall I would give them a 83%

We were in town for a Iowa Iowa state slow pitch softball game and we wanted to beat the heat inside because it is toasty outside so we decided to come here because of ice cream everything was good but my one complaint was while we were sitting two employees were fighting and swearing up a storm for Everton to hear it just seems like there are too many employees witch is kind of crazy but other that that food was hot and cold(ice cream)… adding this on later after I posted an employee came over in our area to start cleaning and then we just had the nicest conversation with him we were taking about wrestling and how he was skinny in high school lol but it was good after hearing all the swear words he was a nice person sorry I didn’t get a name otherwise I would put it on here

Super disappointed.. I ordered a four piece sauce and tossed chicken strip basket that comes with fries two slices of toast and 4FULL SIZED chicken tenders and I paid $10.69 for barely that… I will never be spending my money at this establishment again and will be spreading the word to others as this is not the first time I’ve wasted my money here .

We went to Dairy Queen just now. And spent $30 on food and 2 mixes
1 of the mixes was melted when she did the flip test then took it back inside then handed it to us in a drink carrier then when confronted she said it’s been sitting in the car with us that’s why it’s melted. And the other mix didn’t have fudge like it was sopposed to. So we asked for the manager and she said the same thing. And the food was like a kids meal amount and we got the 4 piece basket and the 6 piece.
Stephany was the manager. Definitely the absolute worst diary Queen we’ve ever been to. And we travel for work as a living…

Ordered 4 piece Honey BBQ chicken strip meal. The menu in the drive thru said $9.99. Noticed on the way home they charged me $11.48 and I got a 3 piece plain chicken strip basket. Didn’t have time to go back.

Went in and 3 of the employees were eating and being gabby at the counter, but there were 2 others there too. No one said a word to me, and after a few minutes I almost walked out. One girl finally acknowledged me and took my order. One girl one break was being loud and obnoxious to the boy on break. Very unprofessional. Also one girl took money out of the register to get bananas from Fareway. Way to many workers there doing nothing.
