Pretty good experience. Customer service was excellent, and I really liked how they had a coupon for discounts on kids blizzards or a free cone. The cashier was very nice, and enjoyed serving our kids. I had the chicken bacon ranch sandwich. Looked really good on the menu, was definitely smaller in real life. But tasted pretty good. The restaurant is clean and well-maintained, with decor that is well thought out. A mixture of historical and contemporary signs and other things to look at. Definitely a good place to bring the kids.

Was waiting for several minutes to get my two small blizzards. Blizzards sat on the counter for at least two minutes. At least 5 workers doing nothing. The blizzards were not flipped over when given to me because they would have fallen out of the cup. By the time I got to my house 5 minutes away it was completely melted. Not happy.

This DQ has been really going down hill recently. Just last night I got a Chicken Bacon Sandwich and it came without the chicken. Fries have been soggy and lukewarm the last few visits. As far as the food goes, tenders seem to be the only safe bet. Blizzards are still good.

Usually when I go to Dairy Queen I have great service, but last night I ordered through DoorDash, and received the saddest large blizzard I have ever gotten. I paid 12 bucks for a large chocolate Oreo and cookie dough blizzard, there was barely any Oreos or cookie dough, you could barely see the crumbs in the ice cream from the Oreos. I usually never would complain but I would rather save people from spending money when you are going to get a poor quality item. I don’t know if the person who packed my order ( sorry Izzy N I’m throwing you under the bus because your name was on my door dash sticker ) was having a bad day, or hates her job or what, but hopefully this dosent continue. Cause in this economy I refuse to pay 12 bucks ( not including the other fees! ) for a treat that isn’t even made properly!

My Favorite DQ in Marquette Mi, honestly, I’ve been there dozen or more times I’ve never had a bad meal. The chicken tenders are always fresh. The french fries are always delicious and salty.

Always rude/cold service and over priced for mid food. Food is luke warm at best and you are charged extra for every little thing that you add or substitute. Ended up being over 20$ for one meal, that’s crazy. They also really need to reevaluate their workers because they are not friendly at all and act like you’re stupid if you have any questions. The dessert is ok but you have culvers across the road, for half the price and way better food- I don’t know why they are still in business honestly.
