So I stopped by after work on Tuesday October 28th around 330pm, ordered 2 orders of the pretzel sticks and queso. And this is how they were served, the queso didnt even have the lids secured to the cup of cheese, so when I got the bag and went to pull the cheese out on my way home hot queso spilled all over my hands and lap. How does this get by 2 different people and not one of them realize that the queso cups dont even have the lids on them. Wouldn’t have been so bad if the cheese wouldn’t have been all over me and the bottom of the bag. Takes 2 seconds to secure a sauce lid and another 2 seconds for the drive thru worker to dbl check and make sure extremely hot liquid cheese won’t be spilled on the customer.

Went thru the drive thru. The main menu doesn’t have the flamethrower chicken strips on it. Then when I order, they are out of lemonade, Dr. Pepper, and Sprite. I get up to the window finally and the kids inside are goofing off and texting on their phones. The girl who hands me food barely says anything to me. Maybe she’s mute? That is, after I waited 10 minutes at the window for my fast food.
Worst DQ ever. Go take lessons from Marshall’s DQ: quick and friendly.

The ice cream I had wasn’t that great. I should’ve gotten what I really wanted but instead I got the egg nig shake and it tasted too much like the real thing. Not sure what I was expecting but it was too spiced with nutmeg for me. I don’t like to waste so I drank most of it but I didn’t really care for it. Overall I do like Dairy Queen though. There’s a new one going to be opening in Albion, MI. Soon! How exciting? Service was great at the one I went to in Jackson, MI.

My daughter loves the greasiness of their burgers .. for being as busy as they are,, they’re pretty quick on getting your order out to you unless there’s something major going on. I also like the fact that they still tip the blizzards upside down to show you how thick it is and that it’s not gonna fall!! Doing exactly what they’re known for

What an absolute travesty. Look at this pitiful 3 piece chicken tender meal. The one tender is literally smaller than a French fry. Speaking of fries, I got maybe 12 in this basket. To add insult to injury, we had to wait about 20 minutes to get our food and THEN were told that there would be an additional wait for our ice creams…….which as of this writing has been an additional 15 minutes and still have not gotten.
This place used to be awesome. But today’s experience was a complete debacle. The line was out the door, they had like 4 alternative kids working who seemed to not enjoy life, and behind the counter was super dirty.

Employees were friendly and very accommodating. When I asked a question and the cashier ( Calea? Was her name? It was her second day) wanted to make sure the answer was right she verified with the manager first, who came to the front to see if we had further questions. Obviously the staff was trained right. Food was ok my grandson who is 4 loved the fries and hot dog and chocolate milk. I had A cheeseburger it was good but next time I’ll ask for no mustard or ketchup it was A LOT! my daughter had chocolate shake and chicken strips she liked them but there was A LOT of chocolate in the shake ( less is more I guess in our family lol). But we mixed it with my grandson’s free vanilla cone and then it was perfect. The restaurant was clean and staff was definitely on top of that even the patio outside where we ate was sparkling. I recommend downloading their app for points and free items and I will visit this one in Jackson Michigan again.

I’m growing tired of Dairy Queen only mixing a small amount of what you order in the blizzards and then the rest is ice cream.
It used to be different, things have changed and looks like they are cutting corners and trying to save money.

Ordered a peanut butter bash at 5.30 a piece. I got one scoop of ice cream with caramel and a little chocolate. Basically a small and charged me for a
large. Two small ice cream cones with just enough ice cream to top the cone will not order ice cream from this location again. Shame on you!!! At this time of year.
