not the first time i paid extra for extra for extra oreos in blizzard and the cookies don’t even make it to the bottom half of the blizzard. Rip off. Head down the street to the coldwater dairy queen if you like toppings in your blizzard and syrup on your sundaes. We went through the drive thru for ice cream, we ordered 2 dipped cones and 1 regular cone. We had 1 vehicle ahead of us and once we ordered we sat there for a good 20 minutes before we got up to the window. When we got to the window they had our cones sitting on the counter melting so obviously they had been sitting there for awhile. One employee took our money and walked away and we continued to sit there another 5 minutes while our cones sat there melting even more, just so the employees could yell and argue with each other while we sat there waiting for our cones. We had to sit there listening to them fighting with each other. Not very professional at all, obviously the manager needs more training.
