Basic fast food burger. Good fries.
– Original Cheeseburger 1/3 lb Signature Stackburger – $8 (meal): A basic fast food burger. Nothing special. They don’t have anything unique, but if you are there for the ice cream, it is not a bad burger.
Each patty is 1/6 lb and seasoned with the standard salt and pepper ratios (maybe a tad on the lighter side). The bun appears to have a butter coating on top, but it was not especially noticed in it’s flavoring. The cheese was melted and not terribly sharp. This burger comes with just ketchup, mustard, and pickles (which I always skip).
– Fries (included in the meal deal): These were actually a bit better than standard fast food. They were plenty warm and a great standard fry texture. Not too much salt. Great flavor. Medium cut.
– Coke (included in the meal deal): Mediocre. I am finding that these touch screen machines are typically a bit off calibration and this one was no exception. It was not drastically off, but it left something to be desired from standard bottle Coke or standard dispensers.
This was a generally filling meal and I don’t regret trying it.
– Service: Ready and quick to take my order. The meal did take a while to get. They give you a small number sign and bring your meal to your table. I’d say it took about 8 minutes to get my meal and there was no line when my order was taken. They were fairly pleasant and kind, though.
– Atmosphere: Modern and clean. I sat in a more secluded section of the restaurant on the northwest side of the building. There is a door and foot traffic, but it is used a lot less than other entrances. There was some older pop/rock music playing, but it was kept fairly quiet. They have standard tables and chairs as well as high tables and chairs. They may have had booths, but I cannot remember for sure.
– Conclusion: Not bad for a burger, but not great. I think the price was fair.

This place and the stevensville location have continously gone downhill ever since the Cellentani’s sold around 2018. Service is horrible. Every surface is disgusting sticky and dirty even when they’re slow with nothing better to do. I encourage every local and tourist alike who stumble on this review to go support a locally owned burger & ice cream shop like Dairy Korner or Neon Grill instead of a place like this where the owner of the franchise isn’t even from here. Absolutely diabolical

Took my daughter tonight for her 13th birthday around 7:15 PM. We waited over 15 minutes for someone to even acknowledge us in the lobby to take our order. Then when our order was brought out by the skinny girl with brown hair, we had noticed that she hadn’t flipped the blizzard. She rolled her eyes and walked away. THEN we looked down at our blizzards and one of them, the one for the birthday girl, was basically straight liquid. The line was several people deep without anyone at the register to help them, so we couldn’t even have them re make it. We had to leave and go put her ice cream in the freezer at home so she can eat it. This isn’t our first poor experience at this DQ, but this time it pissed me off enough to leave a review. It’s the last time we will be in and we tend to get ice cream weekly- we will go to stevensville instead.

I ordered a custom birthday cake with very little expectation of being wowed. Boy was I wrong! The cake looked better than I ever hoped for! I gave very little instruction, just chose colors and added the theme in comments. The decorator really went above and beyond in making our cake absolutely perfect. Thank you so much.

Had an absolutely awful experience, we ordered a 4 piece chicken tender, we arrived at the resterant and was happy to see that it was slow this should have been my first warning, when we arrive we have 1 guest infront of us they ordered an ice cream then ask what we need we tell them and begin the wait, the icecream is served to the family and then after my order around 5 min later they took a group of 3 peoples order, totally normal I get it, another 10 min and now im wondering what happened to those prized tenders, did they fall, reincarnat or just simply run away. After another 5ish min of pondering this question and asking how the progression of my order was going I was completly ignored by the cashier, then after they walk away they retrieve the order of the people who ordered behind me fries drinks the works, now I completely understand chicken is a food that one must be very careful cooking with certain cook times and temperatures however this is now 25 min after my order. After another 5 min of being ignored and being made a fool of I simply gave up my endeavor. Congrats dairy queen for you have turned me into a court jester as I am a fool to have believed my order was being worked on. Arrival time 11:25 am

I wish there was a zero star option!!! My family went to this location at 8:37 pm. The doors were open and we wanted to order together since we had 3 separate cars. We waited in the lobby at the counter a while when a voice yelled out from behind the counter, lobby is closed, drive thru is open. I said we have multiple cars and wanted to order together, to which I received no response! We left, we went to hoopla a mile down the road and made our own creations. This location has always been sub par but this was enough. Lack of customer service and zero personal relations, I will never come back to this Dairy Queen. The staff definitely needs a back to basics on customer service!
