Absolutely the best experience I have had at any franchise location. The employees are so upbeat, so positive, and it really seems like there is a great work culture here.
I came in with a large group, and the general manager, Kayla, was supportive from the beginning. The cashier, Hannah, was just amazing. Throughout the night, I accidentally spilled something on the ground, and even the employees in the back came out saying not to worry about it and took care of it right away.
Our whole group left in an amazing mood seeing such a great culture and experiencing such great service. Highly, HIGHLY, HIGHLYYYY recommend this location.

Food is great here! The double cheeseburger is legit. Fries were hot and crispy. Oreo Blizzard was yummy as always. Nice looking store too. Friendly staff. Thank you for a great meal. Will be back for sure.

Order online after I was excited to see theres a grill and chill on this side of town. I grew up around a DQ with food and I’m a big fan!
The Flamethrower combo it’s a not negotiable it was good but the patty looks like they got thinner (I should t be surprised.) I noticed they didn’t have a mushroom burger which is a Michigan must so that was weird. Flavor and quality was good as well. New staff was friendly but you could tell they were learning. No problems for me . Foods gone sorry no photos ♂️

Drive thru no sit down experience. Ordered 6 piece box tenders and the “flame thrower” burger requested no bacon drive thru took it back and I asked if bacon was just removed instead of remade she said it was remade. Took one bite and could not stomach the burger at all and believe they just removed the bacon. It was so disgusting granted who eats DQ burgers? I’m not judging those who do but I should’ve KNOWN BETTER. I can almost guarantee the way it was cooked I would’ve gotten sick if I did not spit it out. The tenders are really good so I’ll give them that, but plz don’t lie to customers and remove items they cannot have & re submit the same burger! Gross

Super clean and great service! Very nice and patient with our kids who took a long time to decide what they wanted. Dairy Queen soft serve cones never disappoint. Happy this location is open!

The service tonight was awful. They didn’t get my sister a spoon for their ice cream after I tip them five dollars and forgot my honey mustard. compared to the last time I went the girl at the wonder was super nice and kind so I will be coming back, but hopefully the service isn’t as bad next time

Food was delicious, reasonably priced and friendly staff. Use to go to the Grand Ledge Dairy Queen, but their overpriced and the staff is unfriendly. Will be dining at this Dairy Queen location in East Lansing from now on!
