This location needs HELP ASAP. Employees only get 20 minutes for lunch and the food is always OLD, especially the hamburgers. Fries are burnt and cooked in old grease. The only time the food is cooked fresh is when the Caucasian manager is working. They need more than 1 person cooking food and the prices are ridiculously higher than outside DQ’s.

The line was out the door. It’s hot and everyone is sweating. I placed my order 15 mins before and it came out hot after a little while. This lady made this burger so well. I know it can’t always look like this but when I get her name I’m putting it in this review!

The lady who is currently employed here, is a Caucasian woman with really short blond hair. She dresses tomboyish, she is extremely rude and disrespectful to Chrysler employees she tries to intimidate and provoke altercations with paying customers, do yourself a favor and do not support this Dairy Queen.

Stood in there 10 minutes nobody ever came out the beck of either restaurant so I called the phone number and it just rung. These people are so unprofessional lazy and rude I have no clue why we even have these restaurants in this plant I’ll never spend my money there again

Ordered through Mobile app and no where did it mention location was restricted access. Tried calling to cancel order and no one answered, all 6-7 times. Just rang 60-90sec and hung up. Now I’m stuck having to wait on hold for bank to try and dispute the charge. Worst DQ experience EVER.
