We went here twice while visiting friends over a weekend. The man at the register was so positive and patient while I had to hash out a large order for 4 people. The friendliness and customer service was top-notch! This location is pretty busy, but the employees keep a great attidue through the rush. Please throw in a tip for these guys who go above and beyond. I will specifically go to this location on repeat from now on!

We ordered an Oreo ice cream cake for my sons’s birthday. I ordered it a day ahead of time but it still took me 15+ minutes to get the cake in the store. They originally spelled Ethan wrong and corrected it before bringing the cake to me. They said they were cleaning up the lines to make the cake look really good. Turns out they were just correcting my son’s misspelled name. They still didn’t notice birthday was misspelled nor did they fix it. They did not show me the cake, they bagged the cake / tied the bag in a knot so I was already home before I noticed.
Obviously we still ate the cake and it was delicious. The service was very kind and courteous. The people were very nice. However, spelling Happy Birthday and the persons name correctly should be a simple request to get right.
