Wow what a great lunch! For under $15.00 my husband and I got drinks, a meal and a sundae and boy was it tasty. Everything was super hot and fresh! Service was fast and friendly. If you are looking for great food at a great place the Hamburg Dairy Queen is the place for you! They have beautiful,delicious and made to order ice cream cakes perfect for any holiday or celebration

This is a great location, very very busy at all times due to the fast its the only fast food in the area. Even though lines can be long they do move fast. My only complaint is recently the drive thru staff has been aggressive in asking for tips. Traditionally fast food drive though is not a tipping plan for me and during covid I have tried to tip more to support hourly workers. I just think being aggressive in asking is a bit much.

This experience was utterly horrible. I wanted one specific flavor and they couldn’t provide said flavor. This caused me great mental and physical discomfort. I do not recommend this establishment if you prefer a standard culinary experience

Since new ownership, I have noticed the quality of the food has dropped. I used to love their fish sandwich and because it was made fresh, had to wait off to the side for a while. This was perfectly fine.
Twice now, it came almost immediately but was greasy, soggy bun and brown withered lettuce. I tossed everything out except the fish which I placed between paper towels. No more.

I never knew Dairy Queen could be legit until I stopped into this one. Staff is super friendly and the food is always good. If you’re driving by M 36 you should stop.

First time I came through with the new owners.I ordered a double deluxe and got nothing but two patties and cheese..
Thought I’d give it a try one more time, but , didn’t go so well.I was giving my order to 1 person and next thing.I know I had to get my order to another person.I just drove away, can barely understand them through the speaker with their accent , truly overpowering their english.. What happened to the kids that used to work there and made that place run right . Must be all family in there now.Well I suggest you get some locals back in there to help you’re gonna lose that place.. Cause I won’t be back. The line used to go out to the road.It looks like a ghost town in there. I bet you they fired every employee that was working there and brought in nothing but family members in.. Yeah, i used to love this place, would go out of my way for a burger here.Not no more.. I guess all good things come to an end!! I will be contacting dairy queen franchise customer service regarding customers cannot understand the workers because they’re all family workers with foreign accents.. No.

Staff were friendly. The Blizzard ice cream is sooooo good. The restaurant had a couple of dirty tables but we sat in a single booth. They turned the Blizzard up-side-down to show how solid it was. I had a chocolate fudge cheesecake flavour. Thank you again for the brilliant service.

The food quality has gone way down. The new owners did away with the original packaging and condiments as well. It seems they now purchase the cheapest available. Now grease gets everywhere .
