The new management is running this Dairy Queen into the ground. Food is not fresh. They’re extremely rude.. it’s uncomfortable. Not to mention, I just went there and got food poisoning. So, I guess I’ll be going to a different one from now on. I should have listened to everyone else who warned me about the new owners / workers. A few people told me they got sick and dealt with the rude employees and I didn’t listen.. It’s just not good anymore. This Dairy Queen used the be the BEST. It’s very sad to see it go down hill.

For a DQ, i have been very impressed with the customer service and overall level of service. This will keep me coming back to this specific location and, of course, coming back to DQ for their famous blizzard. When in season, the blizzard i would recommend is the pumpkin pie Blizzard.

WARNING: For some reason the soft serve ice cream and slushy syrups taste completely different from any other Dairy Queen I’ve ever been to. Going here will not result in satisfaction of creamy Dairy Queen goodness, but rather a depressing frozen concoction that will have you questioning your actions. The last few times I’ve been here I’ve been really disappointing. I’ve been told to wait for food several times only for it to be barey warm, I’ve paid 5 or so dollars for 6 onion rings, and then most recently my blizzards barely had any mix ins. I’ve also gotten rude experiences with workers taking drive thru orders.

This is a great location, very very busy at all times due to the fast its the only fast food in the area. Even though lines can be long they do move fast. My only complaint is recently the drive thru staff has been aggressive in asking for tips. Traditionally fast food drive though is not a tipping plan for me and during covid I have tried to tip more to support hourly workers. I just think being aggressive in asking is a bit much.

Staff were friendly. The Blizzard ice cream is sooooo good. The restaurant had a couple of dirty tables but we sat in a single booth. They turned the Blizzard up-side-down to show how solid it was. I had a chocolate fudge cheesecake flavour. Thank you again for the brilliant service.

What happened to this place? I hadn’t been here in a few months and it’s completely different now. None of the familiar friendly staff, the place is dirty, it just looks unkept. No signs on the drive thru window and it’s covered in cob webs and finger prints. The ice cream is different. The consistency is watery and there were literally no candy pieces in my blizzard. What a complete 180 from a few months ago. Bring back the old DQ!

Google says your drive thru is open until 10. We arrived 940 and everything was shut down. Update your Google profile when you change your hours. There was another person in line also thinking you were open til 10. We drove out of our way to visit.
