This used to be my go to Dairy Queen because of their hours and the fact that they have a drive through. They also would usually be real good at hooking me up with a ton of sprinkles on my stuff. Well, not tonight. Tell me, in what world is this a large in a cup?? And where are the rest of my toppings?? I didn’t pay over 5 bucks for oreos and sprinkles to get literally ripped off. Very disappointed tonight DQ, not your best moment.

First of all. The hours of operation says they close at 10:30. I pulled in at 9:58. Someone said to let them know when I was ready. A min later no one is answering the microphone. I pull to the window and all I hear is a bunch of kids saying “idc, we’re closed” finally someone came to the window and said they were closed. I told them someone asked to take my order and on top of that the hours say you close at 10:30. Someone could have easily got on the intercom and said that. I swear this generation knows NOTHING about customer service

Mmmmmmm. Where do I start!?!? The service was great, they were so nice and polite. The food came right out and it was delicious . Just so you are aware they are currently doing Drive-thru only. But the food still comes out quickly and hot. Great job everyone!

The Dairy Queen here is very clean, which was a nice surprise. The only thing they lack is more than one indoor table for dining in. Staff is friendly and efficient. Basically a nice setup.

Everytime I order a blizzard the cup has a hole in it and I have a mess. There’s never enough filling in it. If you get the Indian guy he’s 100% going to mess your up and make you repeat it 5 times and he’s still confused. I’m guessing it’s under new owner ship. It’s a hot mess no customer service anymore. Things are wrong most of the time. I’m at the point I will drive a ways or go somewhere else. This store has been a neighborhood staple. I don’t see it lasting.

My boyfriend and I haven’t been to a Dairy Queen in years and I’m sad to say that I did go tonight and my blizzard as well as my boyfriends was disappointing. Neither him nor I got hardly any of the toppings we wanted. Him – missing bananas Me – missing cheesecake pieces. Nice to know your neighborhood Roseville Dairy Queen robs you. Thank you.

OK one of the main components I want to mention here or is that when I first arrived to get my food from here a couple in front of me ordered three blizzards I was joking around and I stated to them make sure you ask him to turn it upside down so you can get it for free the employees behind the counter said we don’t do that that’s not at every Dairy Queen I said oh OK. Next step with me and I thought it was as shocked what I seen after that. An older woman and took the facility and was holding onto the wall and nervously proceeded to tell the gentleman that the floor is soaked and wet and she’s afraid to fall and he proceeded to tell her that i’m busy I don’t have time for that and it’s too bad so Dairy Queen corporate I believe we have a situation on our hands here that you need to taken taken into account ,Honestly people I’m not only calling corporate but also the bbb and health department. It’s one thing to joke about blizzards but it’s a complete Nother thing when you have people’s lives in danger that’s all
