Everyone was amazing. I went in to the facility to get a cake for my son’s surprise birthday gathering. When I got there in the cooler we’re so many cake choices that it was hard to figure out the one I wanted. I decided on one and went to pay for it but I forgot my card was locked. The cashier was super patient when it came to unlocking and paying for the cake. I’m a bariatric surgery patient so I couldn’t eat the cake however my kids and husband loved the cake. It was plan on the top with no decor so I went and got some hot wheel cars. The cake was delicious from what my grandson and my kids said. The frosting did turn my hands blue though.

I’m not sure how blue frosting is considered Valentine’s, nor am I sure how a cupcake can have no middle crunchy filling as advertised but here we are. Don’t mind the sprinkles I had to add them myself at home for the pizzazz that I thought DQ was bringing but instead, they gave me the Temu version of a “Valentines cupcake”

I drive past 4 or 5 other DQs to get to this location. They have the best ice cream cakes on hand and are happy to personalize them — even for a walk-in order. The novelties are fresh, with the ice cream sandwiches being the best in town. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable. This place is well managed.

Tried this location recently, got my usual 4pc honey bbq and cheese curds with two ranch.
Not that hard of an order? Ive worked in a dq and how my food was handed to me was not great. Service was fine but my box everything was thrown together, my chicken and cheese curds were a soggy mess. And i got no ranch when i was charged for two ranches . . . Like be so fr

I just got back from this place and they had us waiting 45 minutes for 2 burgers, a fry and 2 shakes. When we arrived, they asked us what was the name/code and was told to pull up front. They then told us that they don’t see our order on their screen to they do multiple times. I ordered shakes/malt, which they were overly watered down. The food was subpar at best and wasn’t what we ordered. They helped everyone for those 45 minutes but couldn’t finish ours.

They always hit the mark for me. Not a location to dine in, as there is only one table, but there is ample parking if you are cool with eating in your vehicle. They are always very fast about getting my order ready and have never made a mistake in my two plus years of visiting. The one gentleman at the counter knows me by order and is always exceptional in his service! I adore this location!

Paid for extra cheesecake pieces in my blizzard, instead, I was given no cheesecake at all.
Edit: coming back to say that I came to this location again, and ordered (AND PAYED EXTRA FOR) extra cheesecake pieces again, and there were literally 2 pieces of cheesecake in the whole medium sized blizzard.

Mmmmmmm. Where do I start!?!? The service was great, they were so nice and polite. The food came right out and it was delicious . Just so you are aware they are currently doing Drive-thru only. But the food still comes out quickly and hot. Great job everyone!
