NO CHOCOLATE at this location! Service was quick and mostly friendly, but I ordered a chocolate ice cream cone, and instead of telling me they didn’t have it, the employee just gave me vanilla and when I questioned it, shrugged and told me that’s all they ever have.

It is on campus so sometimes extremely busy during events and games. Some slow employees and lobby is always dirty. They have ice cream cakes!!!!! $3.99 banana split my favorite.

Food was not cooked all the way, and there was a hair in my chicken box. Service was awful and the workers were very rude. I wanted to give this place a shot at redemption after my previous visit, but this visit was worse. We waited 20 minutes for our order (chicken and a burger). The place was nasty, floor was super sticky, and no clean area to eat. We ended up throwing our food away because it wasn’t edible. Drive the 20 minutes to go to the Lafayette location, they are great there.

Nice small store on the quiet side of campus. Currently they are understaffed (only 1 or 2 people working the times I’ve been in over the summer). However, all things considered the store was still fairly clean and service was reasonably quick. Your patience will be rewarded.

Sub par service, quality of ice cream and food. If you’re really wanting Dairy Queen, Drive the extra 7 minutes to the other one off of Old US 231, it’s significantly better and has a drive thru!! Staff can be hit or miss here. Either friendly or just awful, no eye contact and make you feel bad for being there.
The blizzards here are awful to be honest. I ordered a fudge brownie blizzard special or something like it and it was mixed horribly. It was mainly hot fudge which was hard to eat and the ice cream was extremely watery. Very disappointed and wished I just went to Walmart and bought a tub of ice cream for HALF the price.

Always have a great experience there. Custom service is good, food is good, and environment is fun. I go there pretty much every weekend and I really love their blizzards like all Dairy Queen’s but still really nice. Only reason not 5* is cause it’s still DQ so there’s always something that makes it not perfect, but still great

I went here the other day and the service was ok, and the atmosphere was weak. The employee who took our order was a little pushy, and the food wasn’t the best Dairy Queen I’ve ever had. Neither of the two employees were wearing masks, and it wasn’t very clean. They did bring our food to the table, and he gave us good recommendations when it came to ordering. So overall the experience was ok.

This was the worst DQ experience I’ve ever had. Fries tasted fishy (old oil), all vegetables on burger were soggy. Pepsi was mostly syrup. Worker was yelling unintelligible food orders ready for pickup at customers who could not understand her words, then getting sassy when they were late to pick up their food. 4 chicken strips and a burger took 20 minutes to deliver. Chicken was not cooked all the way through (yes, even after 20 minutes waiting for food) Floor was sticky. Just plain terrible.
